“Bought an engagement ring awhile ago online for my partner and ended up revisiting the idea since their style has change and it would not be an ideal fit since they use their hands a lot. Went to Sandra and got an honest response that I will not get much for this custom engagement ring anywhere I go and so she recommended to repurpose the ring and have the stone removed and filled in and make it into our wedding band. I also played with the idea of wanting a channel set platinum band with 23 pink sapphires for my partner. Sandra ordered some sample stones and the band so I can look over before committing to any purchases since she wanted to make sure the stones were unifor and perfect. I loved the sample stones so Sandra put in the order and it was about a 2 week turn around. When I picked up my partners ring we put in an order for a gold wedding band for me. That was about a week turnaround. Sandra recommended 10k gold instead of 18k and did not try to upsell me on any of my decisions. I love her honesty and the amount of knowledge she had on the gems and rings. We are very happy with the customer service and communication Sandra provided throughout our process. I would recommend a local jeweler like Sandra who will get you exactly what you want rather than a gamble through an online service.”
