I ❤️ my MISTER CARWASH. I go to the Nasa and league city locations mostly, but they're everywhere. Great wash. Vacuum, and Great staff always!

Yeah I spilled coffee all over the top of my car so this is my second car wash today but I'm new in town traveling and I'll tell you what the customer service here has been excellence.

UPDATE !!!’
CUSTOMER CARE TEAM - I have Called & Email for 3 weeks straight NO RESPONSE to remedy damage.
Broke my passengers mirror during wash. Mark Manager on claim show very blurred , picture claims was like that before. Really Mark the mirror was in brand new condition. Notified your employees right after wash they found pieces of my mirror and cover in the wash bay so clearly it was damaged in the wash bay. Look at the pictures of damage your employees took for the claim. Very disappointed in the dishonesty and deliberate misrepresentation of damage in order to get out of paying for damage. Do not bring your vehicle here they will damage it and blame you. If you are going to operate a business take responsibility for damages that occur not scamming customers with dishonest excuses. In addition if Mark is an example of your company’s leadership may want to send him back to drying cars.

Left a few spots on my doors and windshield. Nothing I can't go home and finish washing. Overall ok. Maybe a little pricey for what I got.

Mister Car Wash is so convenient and I get an excellent wash every time.

This is just a drive through car wash. Not a hand wash and they don’t clean the inside like other Mister Carwashes. It didn’t even do a very good job.

don't waste your time. this is the only place I've ever been that makes you pay for a towel. the wash didn't even clean my vehicle. there are too many nicer places that clean better and let you use as many towels as needed for no charge.
