Recently moved into Watersedge and Kemi Curl made the whole process super easy! She kept me updated, made sure I got the promotions, and handled everything quickly over phone/email. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother move-in!

I’ve been here over a year and absolutely have no complaints. I’ve only had to put in a few maintenance requests, but when I do they are addressed very quickly and efficiently. The leasing office is great and super accommodating. Caitlin is so personable and helpful with anything I need.

I enjoy living in this community, they take good care of us and my children are safe. They have taken care of work orders quickly and efficiently. The staff is great too, Caitlin is awesome and so welcoming. Thank you guys for all you do.
