“I have nothing but good things to say About the manager Tony and the two workers Carlos and Jesse oh my God ! they went above and beyond to help me and figure out some stuff took the time to give me prices and I really appreciate it. Better experience in the last one I had at the same place, Oil changers but it was off of Nolan in 23rd.. Very rude unprofessional didn’t care that they had broken my cap to the radiator fluid thing didn’t offer to get it replaced or they could help me put it back on but at this place off of N 10th St. oil changers they went above and beyond thank you guys so much. I’ll be back to see you soon.!! Highly recommend them they’re down to earth !”

“I had my front struts and rear suspension replaced from OEM to a performance brand.
The mechanics obviously know what they're doing. They have a massive garage with lifts. If you ask them to check certain things that you want to have inspected, they'll send you photos and do the job you requested.
The job they did is not easy, they needed pull the springs from the old struts and put them on the new ones. They finished the job within 24 hours and most importantly leveled the new suspension to the height that I designated. The new suspension is really cool and smooth. I can't say enough about the quality of the job that the mechanics did.”

The manager and the tech were both super friendly and explained all of the different things that they did to my vehicle. There was a great courtesy inspection of my lights, and even if you recommendations for things that might need replacing in the near future. p.s. There’s a similarity named place in town. This one I’m reviewing is on Bentsen Road in McAllen just north of 3-Mile Line. Not open on weekends. Best to make appointment, but they do have a locked gate should you need to leave your vehicle overnight. Highly recommend.”

“With my old car I had 2 windshields replaced and one chip repair done at A1! We’ve had our new car about a year now and got a chip in my windshield! Took it in and they told me no repair required. It was only a divot and it would not spread. These guys are so kind and honest. Almost immediate service when I walked in! “The over all completion bodywork repair done to my vehicle was great. I am happy with the quality. This is the 2nd time I have come to carstar collision specialists. I had a great experience the first time. However this time was very good as well with the exemption of my windshield replacement where the heads up display (HUD) is out of alignment. The top interior plastic cover above the rear view mirror its not place properly very loose and as far as the interior cleaning of the vehicle (as I understand it can get dusty due to the work done). They could’ve done a better job. I went back to address the issues and they were very attentive & professionals. As they said to bring the vehicle back to take care of the issues that need to be corrected. In conclusion I do recommend this body shop!”
