“My Lexus GX460 was making a terrible noise when I would apply the breaks. It turns out it was the rotors and break pads in the back wheels. I had already replaced the front but I didn't think about the back. My friend referred me to Ben at Acclaimed Auto Service. He said they had done very good work for him recently at a reasonable price, so I took it there. Ben and and his team checked it out and did the job the same day. I'm so grateful.

“I had my front struts and rear suspension replaced from OEM to a performance brand.
The mechanics obviously know what they're doing. They have a massive garage with lifts. If you ask them to check certain things that you want to have inspected, they'll send you photos and do the job you requested.
The job they did is not easy, they needed pull the springs from the old struts and put them on the new ones. They finished the job within 24 hours and most importantly leveled the new suspension to the height that I designated. The new suspension is really cool and smooth. I can't say enough about the quality of the job that the mechanics did.”

p.s. There’s a similarity named place in town. This one I’m reviewing is on Bentsen Road in McAllen just north of 3-Mile Line. Not open on weekends. Best to make appointment, but they do have a locked gate should you need to leave your vehicle overnight. Highly recommend.”

“On march 13th we encountered some difficulties with the front drivers tire. We walked in to Goodyear tires on north 23rd in Mcallen Texasat 11 a.m. immediately we were greeted by Nikki and attended to. Within 10 - 20 minutes our vehicle was inspected we were shown and walked through main problem with our vehicle by the mechanic then taken back to Nikki walk us through our decision as well as looking for discounts available to us. After agreeing to allowing Goodyear to service our vehicle and taken care of with the same day and getting us back into our vehicle before 5p.m. we were happy customers and talked about future services to come with Nikki and the manager and the mechanic. Great service. Thank you Goodyear on 23rd!”
“With my old car I had 2 windshields replaced and one chip repair done at A1! We’ve had our new car about a year now and got a chip in my windshield! Took it in and they told me no repair required. It was only a divot and it would not spread. These guys are so kind and honest. Almost immediate service when I walked in!
