ATM never works and take card and guess what they have to issue a new card ? had happened about 3 times

ATM machine was not working again, tried to deposit to my account, had to go inside, the Teller was super nice, and very helpful, apologized for my inconvenience, pls fix ATM

3 days straight calling 1 hr, 1.5 hrs & today 2 hrs & no answer. Since they became PNC they have made a mess of things, we had 9 business accounts we took out of there and kept 1 and now I think it's time to leave all together.
