“After having a minor accident in my Buick Encore I took it in to Hacienda they immediately submitted to my insurance the estimate and explained to me the process. They were very professional and always kept me up to date. There was a delay which I understand because of the parts that needed to be ordered. I was given a certain date it would be ready and was very happy that they were able to finish 4 days before. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend this place. I’ve had my Encore a year and half now and after the work done feels like it’s brand new again. I wanted to add one more thing. I realized after getting my Encore back. The inside of it was vacuumed and cleaned which I’m very grateful for not something you all needed to do but you all did. Thank you so much”

“Picked up a chip on my windshield driving into Weslaco. I randomly selected Weslaco Glass Co because it was near my hotel. Pulled up at 10:40 am without an appointment. The friendly young customer rep looked at it and said they could repair it right away for $30 plus tax. She directed me to a work station where I could watch from the reception area. While the tech repaired it. I was out and on my way at 10:55 am. Very good. Highly recommended.”
