“After having a minor accident in my Buick Encore I took it in to Hacienda they immediately submitted to my insurance the estimate and explained to me the process. They were very professional and always kept me up to date. There was a delay which I understand because of the parts that needed to be ordered. I was given a certain date it would be ready and was very happy that they were able to finish 4 days before. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend this place. I’ve had my Encore a year and half now and after the work done feels like it’s brand new again. I wanted to add one more thing. I realized after getting my Encore back. The inside of it was vacuumed and cleaned which I’m very grateful for not something you all needed to do but you all did. Thank you so much”

“UPDATE- I drove to see the recent Space X lift off and got hit by something on the highway by Alton Gloor. My whole windshield cracked across from left to right. There's no fixing it this time.😔 Very good and fast service. I needed a windshield chip repair from a recent highway related incident. The star crack(s) was about the size of a half dollar. They didn't flinch. Repair was done promprly and professionally for $35.00. Great work, I can barely see the crack(s) anymore.”

“Came all the way from North Dakota and had windshield chipped just before getting to Weslaco, TX. Went through my insurance and luckily was able to find a place close! Scheduling was easy and quick. Even when I couldn't make it to my first schedule I was able to reschedule for the next day! I was there for less than 30 minutes and very satisfied with the work done! Thank you to the gentleman that serviced us and explained/ cautioned how fixing our windshield would be!”

“Windshield repair. Can't say enough about it. When the tiny crack in your windshield spreads to engulf your entire field of vision, and you have to shell out hundreds of dollars for a new one, you'll wish you'd spent the forty bucks to get it repaired. The Mirror House... ???”
