Ivan was fantastic! He helped me with everything when my iPhone died and I needed a new one. He was very friendly and professional, and he made my bad day better. Thanks, Ivan and Cricket!

Ivan was so helpful. I was having such a difficult time getting my line situated. I tried calling, I tried online, even tried another store that said it was open until 8 but door was locked and nobody came to open. Luckily I found ivans store and he got me taken care of in 5 minutes!!! Thanks ivan
