“She was amazing! Daira is very knowledgeable for her position. She offered excellent customer service and cross-sold us on the internet air after she helped us out with my new I-phone. Educated us about a number of subjects pertaining to phone handling and usage. She was a pleasure to wait with while my phone updated and transferred the data from old phone. She is truly a breath of fresh air for customer service and should be acknowledged for her value as an employee of ATT. Not many agents would have assisted us so kindly, knowledgeable and effortlessly. Thank you Daira. I hope you are recognized for the asset that you are.”

“I just wanted to take a quick moment to thank Ted for his assistance by paying a little bit of praise. My father and I are cricket customers and we've been having trouble with our phones taking up too much storage space. It has slowed our phones, made it impossible to download apps of any kind, and would just be a nuisance. This gentleman within a matter of 6 minutes found a solution for both my father and I. We own a few businesses, mainly focus on transparency with our clients. To do so, we send lots of photos and voice text messages. Which brought us to our problem. Ted was attentive, courteous, and very professional. Kudos you Ted. So basically yeah were the happiest kricket customers because we can actually use our phones now!!!!!!!! Your the MAN Ted!!!! Yee-Yee!!!!”
