I just got into town and asked the pharmacy to transfer my prescriptions from another state. Before too long I received a text saying my prescriptions were ready. I hadn't requested any although I did need one. When I went to pay, the price was way over what I typically pay for meds. When I received my meds I saw that one was an old prescription I hadn't needed or used in roughly a year. I did receive a refund, but I don't appreciate them trying to sell me medications I have not requested. I will be switching pharmacies soon.

Just had my first experience at the H-E-B Pharmacy on Texas Blvd and BIANCA was seriously the best! Super helpful and went out of her way to help me. Really satisfied with how everything went. Thank you, Bianca!

I always receive great customer service from Maggie, she’s friendly and very helpful! She will go out of her way to explain the medications to you and has even stepped out of the pharmacy just to help me find medicine over the counter. She just knows what she’s doing, I always get my medication here because of her.

sometimes the wait times are so long. A lady told me I need to call ahead to prepay, but I've never have been told such a thing. I always call and theres no issue on giving me the meds on the spot. As far as attitude from staff, its not super pleasant. Eloy I believe is his name, is dry and when asked a question his response is vague. However, there's 2 people who are SUPER nice and will try to help as much possible are Mario and Elvis. Very nice and attentive. overall this pharmacy is eh. just to pick up meds and leave. if you need further assistance and neither of the 2 people mentioned are working that day, don't bother.

June 28, 22 may be the worst pharmacy experience in my life. Woman who retrieved my Rx was rude, dismissive, slow and hostile. That was simply just checking out. The Rx was ready.
