“Had the rv a/c go out and were going on a camp trip the next day I called Rusty and explained the problem. He said bring it in. He said unit was 50% clogged He had a new one in stock and replaced the same day. We still made our trip without delay. Thanks Rusty and team”
“I went here to get new hold downs on my battery replaced. William was fantastic. He found the part quickly, it was priced very reasonably & he put them on for me. He was very friendly. He was also talking and having fun with regular customers while helping me. He's a vibe.”

“Not sure what his name was, so unfortunately I'm going to call this guy man-bun samurai and I mean do disrespect by calling him this he just had a unique hair cut, not bad looking.
Reason for this post is he was super helpful while managing two seperate checkout experiences simultaneously including myself...even when my card got declined due to wrong PIN(recently changed banks).
Very efficient, friendly and professional. Greeted me when I came in and told me if I needed help to let him know.
I know it's simple and mundane but these experiences can make the difference and brighten a day... I usually don't take the time to write these reviews either.
So good on you Samurai Oreilly's dude, you deserve a raise.”
