This program changed my life. I had tried everything. All the diets, all the workouts. I felt bad no matter what I ate and the weighing scale went up no matter how hard I tried. I was honestly feeling helpless. When I saw Jeremy's program, I was skeptical since I had thought I tried everything. But when I tell you, this worked for me like a charm!!!I lost about 10lbs just halfway through the program. I drastically felt the difference in my body and mindset. Success was not linear for me but Jeremy taught me that mindset shifts, eating habits and thought processes can work wonders if done right. For the first time in 6 years, I saw the scale go down and STAY down! I've always read people's reviews but I never thought I'd be one of the people who would walk away so content! I've learned lessons for life through this program and feel so confident and secure knowing that I now have the tools to stay healthy throughout life.

I have had issues with food in the past and I have fluctuated my weight in the past and it has become difficult but jeremy has made it much easier. Now, I have been able to create a steady lifestyle. Jeremy knows his stuff, he is friendly, he is there to answer whatever questions you have, and is extremely knowledgeable about the fitness and nutrition. The best part is that there were foods I never thought could taste so amazing when you have fun and fool around with everything. I am also not excluding myself from other foods that I love and understand easier what is and isn'thealthy for my body. I continue to go out with friends and go to restaurants and have sweets here and there but I am able to go back to my normal self. If you are eager for a new change I highly recommend Jeremy if you want to have a better relationship with food and a healthy lifestyle.

Jeremy is amazing. If you commit to his program and understand the approach he recommends then you will lose weight! And you won't feel like you're dieting. Just eating healthier and taking better care of yourself. I wanted to lose some weight. Menopause pounds. Post-pandemic pounds. Whatever you want to call it. I couldn't get started on my own. I kept craving sweets and carbs. I was thinking of doing Ideal Protein but wanted real food vs packets of food. And Jeremy popped up in one of my searches. I read these reviews and thought it was too good to be true! And here I am. I've lost 12 pounds in 2 months and I'm continuing with some coaching to stay on track. My food looks so colorful and real and I crave that instead of processed stuff. I can eat out periodically and still find options that work. My body feels better. The inflammation that I had in my joints after the vaccine is pretty much gone. I have so much more natural energy and I get so much done every day. Hot flashes are very rare. Skin is better. Digestive issues better. I can't believe all of this was possible by changing the food I was eating. I had tried vit B shots, cryotherapy, different workouts...all of which were fine but nothing moved the needle like this! I totally recommend Jeremy's program. The holistic aspect is challenging but makes it so much more rewarding. I feel as though I've only scratched the surface. Thanks Jeremy!!!

My wife and I did this program together and what a success! We both were at our heaviest we've been but with the program everything shed off quickly. It has changed the way I view food and health and now we have the knowledge of what to eat and ways to plan our meals to be able to maintain a healthy and energetic life. It's definitely a struggle in the beginning by once you get going and begin to feel the benefits it's easy to keep going. Jeremy is also always there to answer questions and will help you make informed decisions about the future. He also continues to "check-in" even after we finished the 8 weeks to see how everything is going. Definitely worth it, and have happily recommended it to others!

I have enjoyed working with and learning from Jeremy over the last few months. I reached out to Austin Holistic Fitness after searching for an option where there would be a real focus on nutrition and the body. Jeremy was quick to respond and we began building a relationship from day one. I wanted someone that enjoyed discussing the science behind our food choices and how they react in our body. Jeremy was very much able to provide those to me!Essentially, I am not someone that diets. I also don't drink or do caffeine. Have not done any of those things ever or for decades in the case of caffeine. I exercise regularly and have for many years. Therefore, I was not really looking to lose weight, although that did happen and was an excellent byproduct of the process, but instead really wanted to explore my relationship with nutrition and better understand why we should make the decisions we should for ourselves. Also, understanding the why they are considered healthy and the benefits behind them. Jeremy was able to provide me with all the "nerdy" details I was seeking. It was helpful to take a step back from my normal foods, I'm a creature of habit who eats the same things over and over, and branch out to try new foods or food combinations. Previously, I never would have thought to eat a vegetable type meal for breakfast! I loved the addition to my menu!! Removing some food types (e.g., grains, dairy, etc.) and then reintroducing them as the program progressed allowed me to actually see and feel how my body reacted to them. It was incredibly helpful! Especially, in reducing and ultimately working to prevent inflammation and being proactive to changes in my body as I age. This experience also allowed my body to recover from some overtraining I had been doing before starting. Jeremy and I had many discussions about workouts and the importance of recovery and how nutrition and the types of exercise we do affects our bodies. We also had discussions about mental health and how healthy habits can assist in developing and strengthening our mind, body, and spiritual connections within ourselves and to our environments. All in all, I enjoyed the program and got a lot out of it. The provided information, videos, and educational conversations have and will continue to provide me with important insights and tools as I move forward improving upon my overall wellness and wellbeing. Would highly recommend.

This program changed how I approach my health. I learned to appreciate fruits and vegetables not just because they're a low calorie option for weight loss, but because they heal my body. When I work out, it's because I want to make my body stronger and not just to burn calories. I now aim to nourish my mind, spirit, and body every day.This is truly a holistic program in teaching you how to support your health through your lifestyle and intentions, and Jeremy is amazing coach and advocate throughout this transformation. 10/10 would recommend.

I found Austin Holistic Fitness and Nutrition through a Google search looking for a local weight loss program to help my husband and I lose our COVID 15 lbs. I was feeling very discouraged about not being able to lose the extra weight for a while and nothing seemed to be working. I had tested all the normal things in my blood work to be sure and when they all came back normal, I knew that it was my lifestyle. I thought I had a general idea of how to eat healthy, I had done Whole 30 diets and food sensitivity diets before, but fell short of being able to fully maintain that as a lifestyle long term. I realized I needed professional help to give me more tools to learn the best way to lose weight and to have a better relationship with food so it wouldn't feel so daunting and restrictive. I'm also the type of person that needs to make the investment and to be accountable to someone to have better success.My experience going through the 8 week program was awesome, and surprisingly not that hard. I was very worried about how I was going to do Week 1 for the fruits and veggies only, but it was so much easier than I thought and we never got cranky! Jeremy makes it so easy by providing shopping lists and recipes and some really great quick go to meals for your main courses. Food prep and assembly was another thing that I was concerned about initially, but having these go to meals made it very doable for 2 people with kids and busy schedules. Over the course of the 8 weeks we really got into practice making these healthy meals, so it became obvious quickly how easy it would be for us to maintain this process for the rest of our lives. We learned what our plate needs to look like and the portions and how different foods effect your body. One of the things throughout the program I thought I was missing was coffee, but at the end of the program when I tried it again, I honestly didn't like it at all! It made me feel super jittery and gross and I really realized how it affected my body. I also realized how much the foods I was eating were negatively effecting my digestion, because my digestion improved SO much even within the first week and throughout the 8 weeks! Another improvement I saw that I wasn't expecting was with my PMS symptoms.So after the 8 weeks I went from 140 to my goal weight of 125. My husband also quickly met his weight loss goal and more importantly, we now know HOW to eat and WHAT to eat to feed your body properly. We even had days where we cheated a bit. Had a drink or some halloween candy, etc. and we are still able to maintain. Jeremy is a super personable individual, you can tell he LEGIT cares about people and helping others tap into their full potential. He was always available when I needed him and we were able to communicate everything remotely over the phone. So anyone anywhere (even outside of Austin) has access to this service and information. I highly recommend Jeremy to assist with your weight loss or just how to eat healthy. The program was great and it works!

I was very close to giving up trying to lose weight. I had tried every type of diet, including low caloric intake. I was walking and lifting weights 5-6 times per week, but nothing seemed to help. I thoroughly researched my final options and decided to call Jeremy. He spoke with both my wife and I and we agreed to give him a chance. I was skeptical, but committed to doing everything he asked.I was 6’5” 300 lb, and I am still a work in progress, however, I have lost 35 pounds and am now 265 after 11 weeks. I even made it through two vacations and still lost weight. I have also maintained my muscle mass.I have energy and feel great from eating healthy foods. My children and wife have even asked me to thank Jeremy for all he has done.If you feel weight loss is unattainable and are ready to give up, call him. He will change your life, no BS, it works.Clay

I gained some weight over the last few years and had tried to lose it myself. I thought I was doing all the right things, but yet the weight was not coming off. I also can't go without food for all that long, I get lightheaded, shaky, and nauseous. So it was a real struggle for me to eat less.I called Jeremy at the end of November 2021 and told him that I wanted to start in January because I was traveling and figured that December (before the holidays) would not be great timing. He replied with "Why not start tomorrow?". He said, "there will always be things in life that make you want to postpone, but those are part of life and you'll have to learn how to deal with those as well". I kinda needed to hear that, decided to no longer make excuses, and signed up the same day! I went to the grocery store and bought all the vegetables I could find (Week 1 is veggies & fruits only). It felt amazing to have bags full of healthy and nutritious stuff. See before & after picture of my fridge!My main concern was the sugar level issues I mentioned. Jeremy told me he's worked with many people with the same issues and promised me the program would work, and that we could tweak the program to make it work for ME. He was right. Week 1 was definitely hard, but I did it!!! After that, the program definitely got easier, but still kept losing weight. I learned a lot of good habits that I'll be able to sustain for the rest of my life. The weekly meetings with Jeremy are very helpful, and on top of that you can text him whenever you're struggling or need some guidance, and he's there for you. I still reference his handouts and reading materials all the time.The four week vacation in Europe over Christmas was amazing - I stuck to the program and was able to make healthy choices due to the coping mechanisms I had learned from Jeremy.I would recommend Jeremy's program to anyone struggling with weight loss and/or finding healthy habits. It works!

Jeremy did a fantastic job guiding me throughout the program by being motivating but also by not bullshitting me. I am night nurse who was wanting to not be the "bigger" girl in the bridesmaid group and had always struggled with food and weight. I was looking for structure and accountability and this program had it. The way this program was designed help me to understand what foods worked for me and what foods didn't. Jeremy was very flexible with my crazy schedule and was readily available to answer any questions I had. Not only is this program about food but other lifestyle changes as well. In a way Jeremy was like a therapist; helping me to recognize my relationship with food and how to make small changes to make the relationship healthy and not a chore. Since the 8 week program I had lost 18lbs .What was once a belly button that looked like a squished bagel now looks more and more like a cheerio. Don't get me wrong 8 weeks is not a one and done problem solver and my belly button still needs help looking less like a smushed bagel and more like a cheerio but that's not what this program Is about. It's about understanding what your putting in your body and how to use foods to look and feel your best, without hating yourself. Also this program isn't just 8 weeks cause even after the 2 months Jeremy makes no weekly check ins with me and offers me options on how to stay on track and how to deal with new challenges that come into my life. P.s the bridesmaid dress I had bought at the beginning of the program was 2 sizes too big for me by the end of the 8 weeks. The alterations cost a fortune... totally worth it.

Jeremy is an amazing health coach! He really takes the time to explain the "why" behind what it is that you are doing through each step of his program. When I started his program, I was overweight (by a significant amount), and in two short months, I was able to:1. Lose about 40 pounds2. Get rid of my addiction to processed foods and "junk" in general3. Lost about 10 inches off of my waistJeremy's program really works as long as you're willing to put in the work and commit to it, and he's a very pleasant and easy person to talk to, making communication during/after the program much easier. The community associated with Jeremy's program is also very supportive and fairly active as well.One of the most important takeaways I had from this program was that eating/changing your lifestyle isn't necessarily about "losing weight" as much as it is about being healthy at the weight that you're at and enjoying food "the right way".Jeremy's program really helps with that! The biggest benefit of this program is definitely getting out of your toxic relationship with food; the weight loss, extra energy, and clearer mind are just AWESOME side effects.

Working with Jeremy has been a really valuable experience. I had been struggling with my weight for years, despite having a background as a college athlete. I have gone up and down with a steady and discouraging trajectory up and to the right since my playing days -- even after losing 30lbs at one point. The pandemic did me no favors and I was scared at the weight I was approaching, nearly 290 lbs. However, the initial program with Jeremy has really kicked off my journey in a positive way. I'm down 20-25lbs in 12 weeks and most importantly feel I have the tools to continue on in my journey to lose another 40. The program has not been easy, nor will it necessarily get easier the longer I go, but I know I have a path to get to where I want to be and do so sustainably. My intention was to set myself up for how I need to eat for the rest of my life more or less, and that's what Jeremy's support is helping me to do. The first week is the hardest part, but it makes subsequent weeks much more manageable and you can really feel the difference in your body and your awareness to how ways of eating effect how you feel.

My husband (56 yo) and I (48 yo) joined the remote version of Jeremy Robinson' program at Austin Holistic Fitness and Nutrition to improve our eating habits, increase daily energy and lose weight (each of us had some 10lbs to rid of). Each of us had some other "issues" we were trying to address, like painful/stiff joints and sugar cravings for my husband, as well as painful knees (mostly after exercise), swollen ankles (due to sedentary job) for me. The program is well laid out, the supplementary information provided each week is easy to access and understand and is constantly improved based on the feedback from the program participants. Jeremy himself is very accessible, even outside of the scheduled weekly check-in sessions, which we found helpful especially during the first 3 weeks when we were trying to figure our way around this program. His knowledge and advice are there for you to consider and adopt, but never "forced" upon you in any shape of form. The first week (detox, raw fruits/vegetables only) was hard, but weeks 2 onwards were manageable. The Facebook group participation is helpful to get food prep ideas and for general mental/moral support, as we all know that "misery loves company" . The weekly Zoom check-ins with Jeremy are helpful to share your wins and address issues/concerns/answer questions as they arise. Weight loss (7 lbs for me and 9 lbs for my husband) and digestive regularity were some of the benefits we derived from this program, but not the only ones. We both had more energy and experienced far less joint pain. My ankles were less swollen at the end of each day. My husband's sugar cravings diminished over time, but unfortunately never fully went away (the guy has a sweet tooth, what can I say...). One of the biggest learnings from this program for me was understanding and accepting the amount of exercise my body can handle without revolting. Prior to the program, to counterbalance gaining weight, I was ramping up my exercise (running & Orange Theory classes 4-5 times per week). My muscles and bones felt achy, like I had flu, and I was excessively tired most of the time - it seemed like I could never fully recover. Through initial removal and gradual re-introduction of the exercise during the program I realized that I was majorly overdoing the high impact activities, and not allowing my body enough time to recover. Per Jeremy's guidance, I now reduced the high impact exercise to 2 times per week and take yoga classes 2 times per week to stretch the muscles and relieve the stress caused by the running and weightlifting. This new exercise regimen seems to work for my body much better. Of note, some of the nutritional benefits we experienced during the program, like the digestive regularity, reduced joint pain and ankle swelling, seem to continue even now, 8 weeks after the completion of the program - likely because we've stuck with select aspects of the program, like increasing the intake of fruit and vegetables, while being mindful of the amount of processed carbs (we continue having a breakfast salad and eggs almost every day!). All in all, we highly recommend working with Jeremy Robinson at Austin Holistic Fitness and Nutrition!
