Hotel Viata is a beautiful hotel with a fantastic and beautiful location, offering amazing and gorgeous views in a quiet area off the beaten path. The premise is beautiful and the rooms are huge and clean, with excellent beds and bedding, though some feel dated. The staff is welcoming, cordial, and the friendliest in the area, providing good service. The property features a nice hidden gem of a spa, a fitness center, and an on-site bar. It is a class hotel, great for those wanting a stay away from busy downtown while still being close enough for convenience. Many return customers are not disappointed.
Return customers going back five years as we stay every year for a few UT Football games. Staff is so cordial and the rooms are still high quality as the beds and bedding are excellent.

Beautiful hotel with huge rooms and amazing views!! Friendliest staff in the area! The spa was a nice hidden gem, and I love the two Peloton's in the fitness center. The breakfast server Luis remembers my coffee order every visit!
