“I brought my grandson in this morning at 7:40. We were in room 2. Don't know sweet lady that did his blood but she was awesome!!!! I was worried he was going to freak out but I think because of her he did great! He said she has done his blood since he was a baby & that she was a veteran. (His words) I thought it was cute he said that & wanted to share. Also thank you for being so nice and gentle with him. Great job!!!”
