“The team at Service Plus is always top of the line for me. Jen the office manager there is always holding it down, she gathers as much details as possible for the mechanics. The mechanics make common sense suggestions and don’t try to guilt trip you when you tell em next time for a suggestion. The team here is willing to work with you on justified issues or errors. Great place! The price may be a bit high sometimes for repairs but I’d rather these guys than a dealership trying to wrack up repairs for extra money.”

“I come here for EVERYTHING. Best, quickest, & most reliable service! Oil changes are reasonably priced & I always get my inspections done here. They are super helpful & will do whatever they can to help you. During an inspection last year, they told me I needed a windshield wiper replaced & only charged me $6 to replace it. You can't get that anywhere else. I've seen & heard them help other customers & they are super informative & kind. An old woman came in because her air conditioner wasn't working well. They offered to take her home while the AC was being repaired & explained exactly what needed to be done in a way she understood. Service is quick & affordable, employees are nice, & I will continue to come here!”

They had in the system what oil type I had at the other Take 5 location, they offered me water, they checked all my levels and refilled the coolant for free, they checked and showed me the air filter (it was fine). They spent some extra time checking and then showing me how to get the oil change alert built into my car computer to alert me at the correct time. Very helpful!”

“I'm new to the area, had a doctors appointment at 9am called Mr. Jake at 8:38 am he gave me a quote for oil change I drove right in got serviced and left within 10 mins while help another customer at the same time! The top it all off he filled the wiper fluid and made sure the tire pressure lights weren't on! I'm more that satisfied and will for sure return for all the automotive needs!”

“The technicians who performed the services on my car were wonderful and very helpful and friendly when determining what services I needed.The manager however was pretty cold and not friendly. He did not greet me or make eye contact when I walked in, nor with any other customers that came in while I was there. He sat behind the counter loudly complaining to employees about upper management and how hard his job is and how it takes him 2 hours just to make his schedule.He answered questions through the other employees rather than to my face, even though I was standing right there.He also told the technician checking me out i couldn't use multiple coupons even tho on the website it states you just can't use more than one for the *same* service. I had two different services performed the day I went.I will probably try a different service center for my next oil change.”

“Customer service was okay…ordered tires and received no paperwork. Asked to take pic of order info and told ab a day to two days…I returned to just check to see if it was in. I never received notification it was in. It had been almost 2 days so I was just checking. I had called a few times and could never reach anyone in auto. The first guy that helped me asked what kind of tire it was. I said I didn’t know but I had the order number and it’s for my Traverse. He said you don’t know what kind of tire you ordered? I was taken aback for a second but just said no, but I knew it was for my Chevy Traverse and I had the order info. He ended up finding the tire. The wait wasn’t bad and I liked how Walmart notifies you when your car is being worked on and complete. Should add outlets and maybe Netflix for people having to wait.”
