Tonia gives excellent customer service each time we call or interact with her. She especially goes above and beyond for the seniors. Me (69yrs) mom Kartez (91yrs) she reminds us in advance of our monthly payment due date, to avoid a late fee. She does a periodic review of account to find any discounts or other ways to avoid the increasing storage fees. Tonia, you’re a jewel!? she’s an indispensable employee.”
“Quick, super easy, and just what we needed! Just moved into a new HOA that doesn’t allow us to park our utility trailer in our driveway. Found a great price and storage facility within minutes of our house in a gated, secure facility. The app makes it extremely convenient too! Highly recommended!”
“It's good enough for what one needs, this location has changed names several times over the years. One thing I don't like is when it rains it puddles pretty bad around the first row?? I got my shoes and feet soaking wet once when it was raining!?! Other than that the place does as it should....store one belongings.”

“Jacob makes it easy, even juggling multiple units then downsizing to save $.
This new location is not too near us, so a bit less pricey on some units, but pretty easy to get to, with the many levels easily accessible by elevator; carts for customer use.
One suggestion: it’s really not cool enough to stay long at the units. would love to be able to adjust and maybe have temp return to default after a set amount of time.
Sometimes you just have to do organizing on site.”

“I received a notice in the mail that my monthly storage unit payment was increasing by almost $40 per month. I called Extra Space Storage stating a $40 increase per month was insane. I am a long term customer and have established auto payments, so no late payments. Extra Space Storage, specifically Shelby was professional and understanding. We discussed options and I am pleased with the outcome. I continue to pay my regular payments (no increase) and prepaid this amount for the next 6 months. If you get a letter about increases, make sure you call the company and ask for options. They will work with you.”
