“Needed to get a storage today. Looked around and was able to find a storage nearby. Extra Storage had the Book Online option on Google Maps that had a great online deal. I drove to the store and mentioned what storage size I wanted and was told the pricing with the online deal. I was able to get the unit that quick and easy with a small payment today.
Makayla helped me through the process and made it very seamless and easy. She had a great attitude amd demeanor. She was nice, knowledgeable and friendly. What customer service should be.

Over the years, I have had units with multiple different storage companies, I’ve also stored at 2 other local Extra Space locations- this one on rosedale 76107 has been BY FAR the most convenient, clean, friendly, well managed & communicative storage spot! Hands down. The guy in the front office, Collin I think- has great contagious energy, always waves & usually asks about potential needs if he drives by in his golf cart.
What I really appreciate the most, and what truly sets this place apart is how clearly & considerably he communicates with me if there’s ever any potential payment issues. I’m extremely ADHD & his reminders are beyond helpful.
I tend to complicate questions & scenarios- he makes it simple.
I’ve met maybe 2 other people here also, they’re great as well… but you’re in luck if that guy is in the office.
I finally got a house & no longer need my unit here anymore, but if I ever need a unit again- I’m checking here first. Thanks for a solid 3 years ?”
“Online Rental space prices affordable as compared to other major storage companies in the area. Obtaining access code, storage space lock and contract completion were performed entirely online. Very convenient services.
Met the property manager checking out the cleanliness of another empty unit while I accessed my storage unit. She was very professional along with being very personable. Property and the storage units appear to be well maintained based on my observations.”

I was moving, and off course, with moving, most times things do not go as planned. I was running behind time, and I was soo overwhelmed. He was so patient, super kind, pays attention to every single detail. I was also running behind on the U-Haul return and Shannon ensured that he took care of my every need and every concern. “Reserving and renting a storage unit on-line was fast and easy. The rental rate was great, but I ended up with a less than desirable unit. It is about as far from the elevator as it could possibly be. Also, the door and latch mechanism are very difficult to operate. The gentleman working in the office was very helpful in showing me how to get it to open and close by literally having to stand on the door handle in order for the latch to slide. That very important detail was left out of the rental agreement. A rather frustrating experience to say the least.”
