“It's good enough for what one needs, this location has changed names several times over the years. One thing I don't like is when it rains it puddles pretty bad around the first row?? I got my shoes and feet soaking wet once when it was raining!?! Other than that the place does as it should....store one belongings.”

Me (69yrs) mom Kartez (91yrs) she reminds us in advance of our monthly payment due date, to avoid a late fee. She does a periodic review of account to find any discounts or other ways to avoid the increasing storage fees. Tonia, you’re a jewel!? she’s an indispensable employee.”

“Rented a storage room for my son today at the store on Normandale in Fort Worth. Donna gave us exceptional service. She gave us all the details we needed to know and answered all our questions. She drove us in a golf cart to look at the room we were inquiring about and pointed our the different sizes of rooms as we drove by them at my request. She has a very pleasant personality and was easy to talk to. She is also very knowledgeable about all aspects of the storage facility. Very pleased with the service regarding our transaction.”

“I’ve been with extra space storage since 2021. They’ve always been great when dealing with any issues. I’ve never had a storage so nice and clean with great air flow… I have a unit in Hudson oaks as well as smaller one in Fort Worth off Vickery Boulevard. I went and spoke to Eric today about an issue I had. He quickly resolved it for me.
He was very professional and very nice. I highly recommend this particular location in Fort Worth off Vickery Boulevard.
As I was there I picked up some bubble wrap but I cked the prices at Lowe’s and Home Depot before hand theirs were twice the price… so that was a big plus too!!!”

“I received a notice in the mail that my monthly storage unit payment was increasing by almost $40 per month. I called Extra Space Storage stating a $40 increase per month was insane. I am a long term customer and have established auto payments, so no late payments. Extra Space Storage, specifically Shelby was professional and understanding. We discussed options and I am pleased with the outcome. I continue to pay my regular payments (no increase) and prepaid this amount for the next 6 months. If you get a letter about increases, make sure you call the company and ask for options. They will work with you.”
