She was amazing and fast, she explained a lot of questions I had to where I understood them, while all the time I had been doing somethings wrong where I put money on a loan payment. ETPCU has always been good to us. Not only to me but now my son banks there and has started his credit with them and has been able to get loans that he thought at age 19 he would not be able to get. Our whole family banks here at the ETPCU in Kilgore. We love them.”
