“Eastman credit union is very professional and caring. With Eastman you're not jus another customer, you is family. Reason I say what I'm saying is, I went through some ruff patches and Eastman stood by my side , they worked with me till I got on my feet, and I lord they account resolution group is so fantastic, they call me and made sure my arrangements with them was still okay, and ask if I needed more time. “I recently had to visit this branch in Longview on H G Mosely along with my siblings to take care of my fathers estate. Everyone from the time we walked in was kind, helpful and took care of business. I felt the need to write this review after dealing with my own (larger) bank that I have been with for over 20 years, they seriously lack the customer service I experienced when visiting Cadence Bank. It can be hard to find a bank these days where you can walk in and be greeted and just get simple help. As someone who works with the public daily I very much appreciated this atmosphere.
