“The employee, Kaylin, Kaylee? I know I’m not spelling her name right, she has long lightish hair and wears glasses…is a literal angel and so thoughtful. Not in a normal kind of customer service kind of way..in an extraordinary kind of way. Right before Halloween I took my daughter up there and told her how my daughter was dressing up as Sally for Halloween and wanted me to spray her hair red. The next time we went in she gave me these tinsel red clip in extensions she had gotten for my daughter. For no reason, just because she listens and cares. My girl has loved tinsel extensions ever since then. Then last week I went in and told her how it was my daughter’s birthday and she wore rainbow (and some of the red) extensions to school. She immediately went over to her wallet and took out 5 dollars and told me to give it to my daughter for her birthday. After I picked up my girl from school we went back up there to see her and give her a hug and she got to spend her birthday Money. She’s just overall an amazing employee and I hope the company realizes how lucky they are to have her!”
