“I would like to compliment the employees at the downtown location of the Longview Post Office. Understand this is the one on Methvin and the mail branch on Mobberly. People are reviewing this office, but they actually went to another branch. These two guys are the best. They know their business, their customers, and the town.
They act professionally even if they are telling me something I don't want to hear. So, if you want a good post office to deal with you should try the one on Methvin St in Longview Tx. Thanks Herman and Cody. Good job.”

“They have plenty of parking and some handicap parking spots in front of the building. They have drop off mail boxes also on the side, if you just need to do mail drop off, instead of going inside and drop off. Inside, they have post office mail boxes, labels and forms for whatever you may need for shipping, military service registration forms, to shipping boxes and envelopes of different sizes to cards and bubble wrap maybe and box tape. The employees are very friendly and helpful and decent mailing prices. They also do passport work too.”

“The postal employees at the front desk are so nice. Whoever the carrier was that deliver to our home today was horrible! In a white car, not our normal carrier, but they CRAMMED an Amazon package in SO tight that it took forever to get it out without damaging it. Next time please drive up and honk horn, I’ll be glad to some out and get it!”
“I had a great experience here. I stopped by to buy a couple of postage stamps to mail some letters, and Brian was absolutely the best. We joked about how I only needed two stamps that cost about $1.50, but all I had was a $20 bill to pay with. He was super friendly and made the interaction enjoyable. Great customer service!”

“There's usually a short wait at the counter and the clerks are very helpful. However, I got there today shortly after noon and the inner door was locked. A sign on the door said they would be back at 12:30. They need to update their Google listing to include their lunch hour, not just the 8-4 listed. It would have saved me a trip during my lunch hour.”
