On the second pair of my wife’s Birkenstocks there was only a display model left and it was a little dirty so they went ahead and discounted it for us and we really appreciate it!!”
“This store and their employees saved my kiddo's Christmas and now he can have magic for another year. The only thing he asked for from Santa was his favorite character plushie from Murder Drones. The ones we ordered from Glitch Productions never shipped. I called this morning and not only did they have one but they set it aside for me. 3 hour round-trip to Fort Worth Hulen Mall, but it was the last plushie! “They have great customer service at this location, but be wary of using there tailoring service, it took 2 weeks for 2 pairs of pants that just needed a hem and they didn't even do any hemming... I went back to the location and they are getting them done same day, I wish they were done before they said they were ready”
“The taylor Vivian, Claire were great. I’m so glad they moved over here in my area! Always love Joseph a Banks. Went and had a tuxedo fitted for me and they just did a perfect job because I had to have it tailored around my cowboy boots. Everything completed in a timely manner and they’re just terrific people. Claire spotted a different jacket that would look better with the tuxedo pants and Vivian worked hard and making them into a boot cut. Great people!”

“My husband and son stopped by earlier this month and left disappointed. There was one employee working and one other customer in the store. The employee never acknowledged my husband or son at all — no “welcome,” no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. She kept all her attention on the other customer who appeared to just be browsing, so it wasn’t a busy moment. After being completely ignored, they left without making any purchases.
This past Saturday, we were in the area and stopped in again because my husband genuinely loves the brand. As soon as we walked in, Winston greeted us enthusiastically and completely changed the tone. He had great energy, made us feel welcome right away, and was attentive in a professional, non‑pushy way. He checked in as we browsed, offered help when needed, and was just a genuinely positive presence. His coworker Alex was also friendly and helpful.
My husband tried on several items, made his purchases, and we left feeling great about the visit. Winston is an excellent representative of the brand, and we truly appreciated his professionalism and attitude.”

Last minute they helped me find a backup suit for my wedding before my flight that closely match the original. At that point they kicked it into another gear and overnighted my custom garment to my hotel for my wedding.Customer for life.
