“Once again, the Staff and Mechanics have gone above and beyond as they always have. Nothing goes unchecked when they tackle any major or minor system/assembly/component in your vehicle. My vehicle is over 20 years old with nearly 400K miles and will always bring my vehicle here :)
Thank you all once again!”
“Excellent service! They responded incredibly fast and were professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. They made a stressful situation much easier and handled everything quickly and carefully. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable towing company.”

“Excellent service from start to finish! Wells Wrecker Service was fast, professional, and easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would, handled everything with care, and made a stressful situation much easier. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and treated my vehicle with respect. It’s hard to find companies that still provide this level of customer service. I highly recommend Wells Wrecker Service to anyone needing a reliable tow or roadside assistance.”
“Bill is no nonsense without being bossy, or coming at you like a car salesman. I drove from South Arlington to Freedom Automotive on a very knowledgeable friend's recommendation, and was NOT disappointed.”

“The customer service is lacking compared to previous experience. The manager is a great guy but some of the guts working the yard are grumpy. Maybe it's the 104° heat so I'll change it from a 3 to a 4.”

“I will say coming up here was not on my list of things to do today, but the lady who helped us get our car was really sweet and the best person of the day surprisingly. I hated having to spend so much money but it is what it is. So thank you for talking to us like actual humans and not being jerks!”

“Absolutely fantastic shop, I would go as far as to say the best shop I've been to! Gary and his techs are honest, knowledgeable and do phenomenal work! This shop goes the extra mile to take care of their customers, it's great to have a shop like this in town! I cannot recommend this place enough. I went in for a fix and went back the next day and had another issue with my truck fixed, both times I was able to pick up my vehicle the same day! Even the second day when I took it in with no heads up!”
