“Manager, Matt Grymko, took 20 minutes giving be a concise breakdown of what his store offers versus competitors (e.g., Costco, Sam’s, etc). In conjunction with Mr. Grymko’s honest assessment (pros & cons of Discount), plus my own research, I decided that Discount Tire was the way to go.
If you don’t believe me, consider attempting to make an appointment with Costco. Better yet, attempt to get a flat fixed in a timely manner. I like
Costco, but they’ve got a lot of ground to make up before they’re on par with Discount Tire. Better to deal with someone who specializes in tires & wheels than tires, wheels, ladies’ socks, & $1.50 hotdogs.
Also, everyone I spoke to at Discount was very professional & well-versed in their trade. Facility was very clean, too.

“Picked up a nail in my front tire on the way home from work, the gentleman who wrote me up quoted me 45 minutes to an hour. I sat down and within 15 to 20 minutes my car was being pulled around to the front of the store. Flat was fixed and other tires were all checked and topped off, and they also replaced the valve stem on the tire that had the flat ( All free of charge) It took longer to get the information for my car then it did for them to repair it and check all the others. Everyone was friendly and professional, the work was done quick and overall it was a great experience. I'll definitely be back!”
“My favorite southern tire location. Parking isn't great for semis but the service is much faster than normal. The location makes it harder to get to and there isn't long lines ahead of you. The staff is knowledgeable and fast. Often they have the best prices in the area as well.”

My trailer has a unique tire size which he just happens to have every time I need one. So long as I am in the area, this is my first stop every time. “I hit something in the road and bent my rim and blew out my tire. Alfredo came to my house took the tire put on my spare for me. A few hours later picked up the rim and tire and instal. Such a wonderful job! Can’t see where he fixed rim! I was SO worried that the rim was gonna be trash! Cat drives great! Great price, above and beyond customer service and VERY good price! Thank you SO MUCH!”
