“J’marcus was awesome! I called several tire shops in the area with no luck due to price, or stock. He was the only person I spoke to all morning that it didn’t just check the computer, but went and actually checked their stock to see if they had something for me.
He was courteous, professional, and set the tone for what discount tire should be. Thank you again for this awesome experience, I’ll be back!”
“I appreciate the service which they done on a older Chevy Tahoe that I brought to there shop. They made sure everything was taking care of properly and accordingly.”
“If you visit this location, make sure to ask for Brandon if he’s on shift. Extremely professional, respectful, took time to answer all questions and concerns, as well as insure I received timely service even when I rolled up late. Absolutely incredible stand up dude, fixed the flat on my Mercedes with care in an hour. Huge shoutout to this guy! Appreciate you sir!”
“Took my F350 dually in for an alignment. They were friendly from the moment I called them till the time I left. The facility was very clean and nice. They did great work and charged a fair price. Got the feeling that everybody there had been there for a minute and this wasn't their first rodeo. The front desk gal, Kelsey I think was her name, showed me where the waiting room was and told me that she had just stocked it with snacks and such rather than just pointing and saying it's down the hall. Good old southern hospitality. Loved every minute of it. Thank you.”
“Discount tire is great but Steven at this location is amazing! He is very helpful and genuinely cares!
He has sold me 2 sets and working on our 3rd next week!”
“Good place.Been there twice and got two perfect quick diagnosis. Record time adjustments.Plus? I've bought tires for twice the price in half the tread. If they don't got it they'll just say it. And I think you can get new ones”
“My favorite southern tire location. Parking isn't great for semis but the service is much faster than normal. The location makes it harder to get to and there isn't long lines ahead of you. The staff is knowledgeable and fast. Often they have the best prices in the area as well.”
“Picked up a nail in my front tire on the way home from work, the gentleman who wrote me up quoted me 45 minutes to an hour. I sat down and within 15 to 20 minutes my car was being pulled around to the front of the store. Flat was fixed and other tires were all checked and topped off, and they also replaced the valve stem on the tire that had the flat ( All free of charge) It took longer to get the information for my car then it did for them to repair it and check all the others. Everyone was friendly and professional, the work was done quick and overall it was a great experience. I'll definitely be back!”
