“I absolutely love this office. The three workers that are there at the front have always been accommodating. I have never actually had great experiences at any po except this location. I needed something extra done yesterday and The lady representative didn't hesitate. She didn't have to help me but she did and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. They deserve to be recognized when they go above.”
“So far so good. While they sometimes make a mistake, so far I've been able to get them to fix or rectify all of those mistakes with professionalism. I've called about missing packages and they were able to track them down and have them redelivered to me on the same day. My postman is really friendly (but his weekly sub, not so much). The only thing I don't like is not having a direct phone number to the post office near me. First you have to call the 800 number and that is obnoxious.”
“I went down to the post office yesterday because we had a missing package and this isn’t the first time that it’s happened. This time we left a note on the back of the common mailbox area and I thought it had been ignored, but as it turns out a regular male carrier was off that yesterday and it wasn’t the job of the person filling in to address the problem. I ended up composing myself and listening to what the woman in charge had to say. Our regular mail carrier showed up at our door today and she was incredibly sweet. She apologized for the mixup and gave my husband the package we had been expecting. I feel very bad if I caused her any type of problem at all.”
“AMAZING. The staff at the Flint post office go above and beyond for everyone. They work so hard and are usually short staffed and working long hours with no extra pay. They deserve so much praise and I hope they know how valuable they are and how much we appreciate them. Thank you, Flint Post Office staff.
