“At 346,000 miles my F-150 suspension was SHOT. This old truck made so many terrible sounds it was comical. When I first met Jeff he crawled under my truck and came out with a game plan. His team installed a high quality suspension that was far from free and that's before they found so many other components that belonged in the junk heap. You absolutely get what you pay for with Youngblood. This truck hasn't ridden this well in a decade. Towing a car hauler loaded down with 8k lbs of granite slabs was a stressful experience but now it all works so well. I'm never getting rid of this truck so I'll be back to upgrade more in the future. Highly highly highly recommend.”

They diagnosed the issue as a bad ignition coil, ordered the replacement part, had it delivered, and installed it — all within about an hour. Excellent service and very reasonable pricing!”

“5 stars to Dunn Transmissions Inc. took the worry out of my son when they serviced his transmission on his truck. He took his truck to the local Ford Dealership in Jacksonville and they told him he had an issue with his transmission saying they found shavings in his transmission fluid when they pulled the plug. They wouldn't service his transmission saying that there was a major problem. Thank you so much for the peace of mind you gave my son.”

“I was real frantic about a coolant leak that I thought my car May have had. Apparently this was not the case and I guess I was just being a little bit paranoid, but other than that on to the customer.I'm not sure of his name but he stayed an extra hour past the time he was supposed to leave to check my car to make sure there was nothing up with it. It is genuinely rare to find a shop with this much integrity and it is genuinely impressive because instead of charging me a hefty service fee he waved it even though I was being a frustrating customer. If I'm ever given the chance to make repairs on my vehicle again I will be returning to this business. Great job guys!”

It didn't arrive on time, and Ralph, the owner, went to Shreveport to pick it up so they could get the work done and get me back on the road. Mechanics to a great job. “My car started missing so bad I thought it would leave me on the side of the road. I called Banny's and he gave me the price for checking it out for me which I thought was more than reasonable plus if he found what needed to be done and actually did the repair for me the diagnostic fee would not be charged. He called me with the diagnosis and the cost. I thought it was reasonable in comparison to similar repairs I had experienced a few years ago. I took my car, and
had a friend pick me up. We had another errand or two to run, went to eat lunch, and not long Benny called and had my car running like a top! I am very pleased with the down home friendliness, straightforward explanations pricing, and staying in contact. All done in one day with time to spare. He was forthcoming about what he does and doesn't do in mechanic work and didn't try to tell me I needed other work. He checked other things out for me that he reported were fine.
I think Benny's is honest, reasonable and exceptional.”
