“My 2018 F-150 check engine light started flashing on my way home from work to Tyler from Sulphur Springs. I stopped by, and Dean was able to work me in right away. They diagnosed the issue as a bad ignition coil, ordered the replacement part, had it delivered, and installed it — all within about an hour. Excellent service and very reasonable pricing!”

“Don’t let the outside appearances fool you. This is NOT a struggling or idle shop. Jamie proved to be an extremely mechanically and technically knowledgeable professional. He was flexible with my timeline needs and got my truck squared away despite multiple programming obstacles. I wish I could have afforded to tip him far more than I was. He will be my first call for anything I have going forward. Keep in mind, I’ve never had anything but 1-star or no-star experiences at any shop in the last 20 years. “Went here after my transmission went out a 2nd time. 1st time I used someone else and got a brand new transmission. This time I went to Nobles after a reference from my cousin. Best decision ever!!!! I was going to replace it and they recommended letting them rebuild it. It saved me money and they did an excellent job. Drives better with Nobles rebuilding than it did when another shop who put in a brand new one. I thought I was having issues with the fix but when I brought it back they showed I was having misfires in the engine and they didn’t do that in the shop so I had it towed to another facility and it was fixed. Nobles could have said or done anything but they were honest, worked fast, and they know how to give good quality work. Chevy has in a very bad way dropped the ball on quality and it was my mistake trusting the name from the good days. Nobles make the nowadays low quality Chevy parts drive better than Chevy would do it. They also charge waaaaaay less than any dealer and transmission work is what they do. They are the best and will be here for all future transmission issues. Thanks!!”

“After blowing out 5 tires in just over a year on my 32’ 5th wheel, I had the fortune of finding Eric & the guys at Southern Tire Mart. Constantly changing tires was a nightmare. At previous tire stores I was told a 10 ply tire was the best. Eric introduced me to a 14 ply Trailer Master and I could immediately tell the quality of construction. Instead of having anxiety for the remainder of my travel I am now confident that I will have a hazard free journey.
What’s more is he greeted me when I pulled in the parking lot and immediately put 4 of his staff into action to not only replace the blown tire but all of the remaining tires. The whole process took about 20 minutes and every single one of the workers were cheerful, courteous and respectful. It’s hard to find this quality of product and service these days. Thank you Eric & staff for all your help. Southern Tire Mart has earned all my future business.”

“I was real frantic about a coolant leak that I thought my car May have had. Apparently this was not the case and I guess I was just being a little bit paranoid, but other than that on to the customer.I'm not sure of his name but he stayed an extra hour past the time he was supposed to leave to check my car to make sure there was nothing up with it. It is genuinely rare to find a shop with this much integrity and it is genuinely impressive because instead of charging me a hefty service fee he waved it even though I was being a frustrating customer. If I'm ever given the chance to make repairs on my vehicle again I will be returning to this business. Great job guys!”
“Had trouble with my transmission. Sarah worked with my service plan and got a new one. It didn't arrive on time, and Ralph, the owner, went to Shreveport to pick it up so they could get the work done and get me back on the road. Mechanics to a great job. Everyone is very personable, especially Sarah and Ralph. I highly recommend them and will continue to have my work done here.”

A lot of people forget that when you bring a vehicle somewhere else to get fixed you have to pay for the parts you need AND the labor for a skilled mechanic to remove what needs fixed (plus everything in the way) then fix or exchange it then put your vehicle back together which takes time and knowledge.
