“This shop is the best mechanic shop I've ever worked with in 34 years of having cars and trucks. They rebuilt my transmission and I fell into some SERIOUS financial problems. I'm picking up the truck tomorrow after it has been repaired for over 6 months. They have been extremely patient with me. Never threatened me or been rude to me, not once. I'll post another review tomorrow about how the work came out. But based in their professionalism, I'm willing to bet the transmission runs better then the day it was built. “I had MAJOR issues with my Dodge suspension. After driving in from Arizona, I called around to different shops, and was referred to Jeff many times. I am extremely happy with the job he did. Not only did I get my suspension fixed 100%, I purchased tires that I love for a great price!!! My husband works out of town, so I am used to other garages trying to take advantage of me. Not at Youngbloods!!!! They were honest people that really cared about my situation, and did exactly what I wanted/needed!!! I will definitely be back with more projects!! Thank y’all so much!!!”

“This place is cool but busy. I mean that when I went there they had a 3 month wait but what I needed was not serious and I was not in a hurry that much. It did take a month or less to get it done but it was not a big deal. The work they did was good and my truck is working fine. I would go back again if needed. I am not sure about leaving a vehicle there for a long time but they did good work. I cannot see what the mechanic did I just hope they are honest. Also they have this weird thing with debt and credit cards were they charge a fee. I did not read nor look at the sign they had.”

“Truck was throwing a code that was putting my truck in limb mode. Unfortunately my manufacturer hasn’t released everything yet to the private shops yet, so they couldn’t figure it out. They tried all the work around in there arsenal, unfortunately it had to go back to the dealership. Cameron’s were upfront and honest and kept me informed. Will be using them again when the time comes”

“Customer service of the kind I received at Donnybrook is rare these days. I live in Houston, but my adult daughter, who also lives in Houston, called me from Tyler to tell me her car wouldn't run, so she had left it at a convenience store and taken an Uber to her destination (heading to hospital where a friend was having surgery). I got on Google Maps to find the store where her car was, then looked for nearby auto repair shops. Jackpot! Donnybrook Automotive was nearby and had excellent reviews. BUT, it was late. Luckily, Donnybrook lists an after-hours telephone number on their website, and when I called, the owner, Gary Stewart, answered! I explained my complicated situation, and Gary took it all in stride. He put me in touch with a reliable local towing service that picked up my daughter's car (without her having to be there), took it to the shop, and left the keys in the Night Drop. The next morning, Dean called me and explained the car's problems in detail, putting me at ease with his obvious expertise. That afternoon, Debbie (I think) called to tell me the car was ready. I was even able to pay the very reasonable bill over the phone so my daughter wouldn't have to worry about it. Crisis averted, and Daddy looks like a hero!Donnybrook Automotive is so good, it makes me wish I still lived near Tyler so I could take my cars there!”

“S & J is fantastic. They are always quick, communicate what’s going on and are fair priced. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Took my car to Christian brothers and was told it was the transmission and would be about $4000 to fix it. Took it to S & J and it wasn’t the transmission but a hose and it was still an expensive fix but not 4000 and it actually fixed the issue vs if I’d had the other shop do the transmission it wouldn’t have fixed the issue!”
