“I recently bought a suburban and as part of my normal maintenance with every vehicle I bought I wanted to get the transmission serviced and maybe some addons. Brad called me and we discussed the pros and cons with the addons that I wanted to do in addition to what they would do when the transmission was serviced. They scanned the transmission to ensure everything was operating normally and followed that up with a full service. I will be going back to Brad's for any further transmission needs, and would recommend them to anyone.”
“Good, honest people, and great service, which is why they were super busy today, so I had to go elsewhere for my radiator, but I'll never forget their kindness about a year ago when I had an electrical problem. After looking at it and seeing all the gremlins within, rather than take my money and guess at it, they sent me to a specialist and only charged me an hour of diagnostic or whatever, even tho they still did some tweaks before I left. Honesty is a forgotten quality these days, ya gotta respect it!

He was flexible with my timeline needs and got my truck squared away despite multiple programming obstacles. I wish I could have afforded to tip him far more than I was. “We’ve been trusting Honest1 with the maintenance and repair of our hybrid vehicles for years. The owner and technicians still have mechanical working knowledge beyond computer codes and a healthy respect for customer service. It shows! The latest was a transmission fluid service, engine thermostat replacement, and bypass coolant valve replacement on one of our vehicles. They are extremely open and honest about parts and labor cost every step of the way and have you approve the total before they begin working. I cannot stress enough how they put the “beyond” in above and beyond customer service! They will do your best to get the job done right and get you on your way with as little downtime as possible. “My car started missing so bad I thought it would leave me on the side of the road. I called Banny's and he gave me the price for checking it out for me which I thought was more than reasonable plus if he found what needed to be done and actually did the repair for me the diagnostic fee would not be charged. He called me with the diagnosis and the cost. I thought it was reasonable in comparison to similar repairs I had experienced a few years ago. I took my car, and
had a friend pick me up. We had another errand or two to run, went to eat lunch, and not long Benny called and had my car running like a top! I am very pleased with the down home friendliness, straightforward explanations pricing, and staying in contact. All done in one day with time to spare. He was forthcoming about what he does and doesn't do in mechanic work and didn't try to tell me I needed other work. He checked other things out for me that he reported were fine.
I think Benny's is honest, reasonable and exceptional.”
