So here’s the proof in the pudding.
?I trust their work - my daughter uses 12 volt 18amp batteries for her scooter.
Each time I’ve dropped the scooter off - the new batteries are strong and provide excellent performance.
?I trust that they will have these batteries in stock. I’ve purchased batteries from Action Battery several times over the last 5 years. Never have I been told sorry - we are out of stock.
?I trust when they say they’ll take care of me I believe them. I drive in from Abilene to help my daughter. Today Riley made me feel like a Top priority by getting these batteries replaced. I dropped it off at 8 am and received a call at 10:05 am. I picked up the scooter and very soon was on my way back to Abilene.

“I cannot comment on their actual repair services, but I can comment on the helpfulness and friendliness of Art at Unique Creations. My husband and daughter were on a cross-country trip and the car started shaking violently around 5:30pm. They needed a repair shop and everyone in town they called for help was closing at 6pm. I was able to get Art from Unique Creations on the phone. While his shop wasn't equipped to fix the problem, he talked with me about my issues and recommended the only repair shop in town open until 7pm. My family was able to get the car repaired and get back on the road that evening. Without Art's help, my husband and daughter would have been stuck until businesses opened the next morning. He gave me good advice and led me in the right direction for the problem I was having. Ricky was willing to tighten some hoses under my hood and check some codes and clear them like I needed. While I didn't end up using his full mechanic services and he didn't charge me for his time, he still helped and checked on me after I left to see if I got what I needed. Thank you Ricky”

“These guys are the real deal. Local people doing good local work. I had a tree fall on my car after a weekend storm, mostly superficial damage but leaving a large dent where the windshield met the roof on my ford focus.
Before going to Eagle, I made the mistake of going to a national collision center chain. They told me the damage was unrepairable and that the car was a liability. They were overall being really shifty and disrespectful. Look me in the eyes when you say you don't want my business.
I am new to the area, luckily a co-worker recommended Eagle. They were nothing but professional from the moment I walked in. John took a quick look at my car and gave me an extremely reasonable quote (after explaining how with some time and tools I could fix it myself). He then sent me over to American Glass, who quoted me a windshield. Eagle then coordinated the install of the windshield with American Glass, so I wouldn't have to arrange it after the body work.
When I picked it up, the amount due was slightly less than the agreed amount. I was embarrassed by the state of the interior of my car, I had quickly picked it up prior to dropping it off, but it was not clean by any stretch of the imagination. Eagle returned the interior of my car in a significantly better state than I dropped it off in (sorry guys).
This event reminded me of a lesson I had forgotten, it is important to support your local shops.”

“Over the past 5 years, customer service has become a joke. However, when I get great customer service, which is rare, I have to give props. First, the website is super easy to navigate, prices are the actual prices, AND if there’s a better price, 4 wheel will point it out and give you the discounted price. When I was told it would take an hour and a half, I planned for 3 hours, based on my past experiences, and they got it done in an hour. Net, net, absolutely amazing service from navigating the web site, and setting up the appointment, to the completed job. Customer for life. Oh, and I am NOT related to anyone at 4 wheel.”
