“So let me begin with this Statement —- I 100% Trust Action battery in Wichita Falls!! I’m sure you’re wondering why - and that’s fair. So here’s the proof in the pudding. ?I trust their work - my daughter uses 12 volt 18amp batteries for her scooter. Each time I’ve dropped the scooter off - the new batteries are strong and provide excellent performance. ?I trust that they will have these batteries in stock. I’ve purchased batteries from Action Battery several times over the last 5 years. Never have I been told sorry - we are out of stock. ?I trust when they say they’ll take care of me I believe them. I drive in from Abilene to help my daughter. Today Riley made me feel like a Top priority by getting these batteries replaced. I dropped it off at 8 am and received a call at 10:05 am. I picked up the scooter and very soon was on my way back to Abilene. ?I trust that I’ll receive excellent customer service. In fact it’s really close to world class service. Respectful. Polite. Courteous. Conscious of not wasting my time. And quick. Today Riley assisted me. In the past Rance has taken care of my battery ? needs. ?Finally I trust that the value I get from Action Battery is well worth the price. Honestly it’s hard to put a price on fantastic service. I’m a happy & satisfied customer - should you choose to visit for your battery ?needs - I trust you’ll share the same experience!!!”

“I cannot comment on their actual repair services, but I can comment on the helpfulness and friendliness of Art at Unique Creations. My husband and daughter were on a cross-country trip and the car started shaking violently around 5:30pm. They needed a repair shop and everyone in town they called for help was closing at 6pm. I was able to get Art from Unique Creations on the phone. While his shop wasn't equipped to fix the problem, he talked with me about my issues and recommended the only repair shop in town open until 7pm. My family was able to get the car repaired and get back on the road that evening. Without Art's help, my husband and daughter would have been stuck until businesses opened the next morning. Thank you Unique Creations for your kindness and help!”

“Colby is honest and very knowledgeable. We have been bringing our vehicles to him for years. I never felt taken advantage of or had to worry about anything he had fixed. Which honestly is saying a lot. I have recommended him to family and friends and never heard anything negative about him other than sometimes the repair can take a while. This is only because he has more work than a one man show can take.”

“This was the easiest buying experience I've ever had! I wanted to compare the new Kia Telluride with a Hyundai Palisade. We visited the Kia store first and told them what our plan was. There was absolutely NO pressure. After driving both, we decided on the Telluride and absolutely LOVE it! Our sales guy, Santiago was so great to work with - a very nice & professional young man. Tim, the sales manager was great to work with as well. I never once felt like I was getting the runaround. He made the buying process easy and completely transparent. And I was pleasantly surprised with the fair value they gave me for my trade-in. I'm very happy with my Telluride and my experience with Grubbs Kia!”

“Amazing experience with Dan & Tiki! I went into the location looking for an estimate on repairs after being hit with flying debris from an 18 wheeler. The glass was ordered and replaced the very next day. All of the glass was cleaned out of my car even. I highly recommended them. They will do the remainer of the repairs after Thanksgiving.”

“These guys are the real deal. Local people doing good local work. I had a tree fall on my car after a weekend storm, mostly superficial damage but leaving a large dent where the windshield met the roof on my ford focus. Before going to Eagle, I made the mistake of going to a national collision center chain. They told me the damage was unrepairable and that the car was a liability. They were overall being really shifty and disrespectful. Look me in the eyes when you say you don't want my business. I am new to the area, luckily a co-worker recommended Eagle. They were nothing but professional from the moment I walked in. John took a quick look at my car and gave me an extremely reasonable quote (after explaining how with some time and tools I could fix it myself). He then sent me over to American Glass, who quoted me a windshield. Eagle then coordinated the install of the windshield with American Glass, so I wouldn't have to arrange it after the body work. When I picked it up, the amount due was slightly less than the agreed amount. I was embarrassed by the state of the interior of my car, I had quickly picked it up prior to dropping it off, but it was not clean by any stretch of the imagination. Eagle returned the interior of my car in a significantly better state than I dropped it off in (sorry guys). This event reminded me of a lesson I had forgotten, it is important to support your local shops.”

“I only had a short encounter with Ricky but I found him online and he broke away from dinner to come help me on a Saturday night. He gave me good advice and led me in the right direction for the problem I was having. Ricky was willing to tighten some hoses under my hood and check some codes and clear them like I needed. While I didn't end up using his full mechanic services and he didn't charge me for his time, he still helped and checked on me after I left to see if I got what I needed. Thank you Ricky”

“I found Calfy Dent Repair the old-fashioned way–by looking in a phonebook. Anyway, Jeremy was great! He met me on my day off and gave me an accurate estimate of my car's hail damage in a few minutes, and he didn't charge me. He is probably the most-experienced authority on car dents in the Texoma region. Thanks Jeremy!”

“What can I say! These guys took me from a stock jeep to a finished overlander rig. We started out with a 4” lift and 37” tires. They installed a couple radios (gmrs and a cb )Both work great. Came back and they installed a pioneer rack and new front and back bumpers. Money well spent. Last week I noticed my jeep sitting to low due to all the stuff I was putting in to it. Called Floyd Tuesday and explained the problem and he had 2 new heavy duty springs on it by Thursday close. Let me tell you about this guy…as I was leaving his parking lot , he saw I had a flat tire on my trailer. It was 430 and time for him to leave and he pulled me in and took off my tire and put my spare tire on. Way beyond call of duty. Thank you Floyd. You have made a customer for life. Thank you Hicks Off-road . Thanks Floyd.”
