I told him the problem with my 2015 F250 super duty over the phone and he knew exactly what it was and they could fix it ( they had part on hand).My wife and I are traveling and were stranded at a truck stop, lucky for us Cullar was just down the road so I could make it in. “Good old school radiator shop run by a grandson who learned from his grandpa who learned from his dad, who started the business in 1937!Took them a radiator to repair from a 1966 Plymouth. They got into it and discovered it was too corroded to repair. They were able to source an OEM style unit, exactly like the original. Pleased with the service and price. I'll go back there with other radiator work in the future!”

“Our trucks transmission went out on a road trip from Texas to Colorado. We were blessed that it went out in Wichita Falls and we were directed to Steve. Steve saved our family that day. He even went out of his way to drop my husband off at the hotel we were stuck at after my husband brought him out truck. That also meant him coming to pick my husband back to up to get back to our repaired truck. Steve and staff worked diligently on our truck and made the repairs faster than anyone could expect because he knew we had 3 young children at a hotel that were trying to get to their grandparents for Christmas. “An animal ran into my fiancé’s drivers side door area and damaged it to where it wouldn’t even open. The incident happened on a Friday night. I was out of town but when I got into town Saturday afternoon I called and talked with Art. All other Body Shops were closed. I was just trying to get an estimate. Not only did he fit my car in the same day but he went out of his way & dropped me off & picked me back up after working on it late into the evening. And he didn’t charge me an arm & a leg.
