“They are top notch and honest people. They won't try to sell you things you don't need. They have a mobile service, which is awesome if you aren't able to drive to their shop. The mobile service cost is entirely reasonable, and they will promptly arrive to help. 10/10 all around!”
“Been trading with this Interstate shop for over 10 years and they have never steered me wrong! They don't try to sell me something I don't need and take great care to make you get what you need. It's the only place in town I buy batteries for cars, boats, and other needs.”
“A Lament for a Failing Motorcar, Briefly Redeemed
It was upon a grey and spiritless day that my poor motorcar began to betray me. From beneath its weary hood arose a sound most grievous—metal sighing against metal like the last breath of a dying machine. In that dreadful moment I feared my journey, and perhaps my hope itself, had come to its end.
With a heavy heart I made my way to O’Reilly Auto Parts, a place of humble commerce where the broken hopes of motorists often arrive.
I entered not as a customer, but as a man burdened with mechanical sorrow.
Yet the attendants within received my tale with patience. They did not mock my misfortune nor dismiss the pitiful groaning of my afflicted automobile. Instead they searched their shelves and consulted their instruments with a quiet diligence that spoke of experience and mercy.
Soon they placed into my trembling hands the very part my suffering machine required.
The shop itself stands well ordered—its shelves lined with oils, batteries, and curious mechanical remedies for the ailments of engines. A sanctuary, perhaps, for those whose vehicles have begun their slow descent into ruin.
By their assistance, my motorcar was granted a small reprieve from its decline. The dreadful noise faded, and the engine—though still mortal—found the strength to continue onward.
Thus I departed into the fading light, grateful for this brief victory against the relentless decay of all machines.
For their kindness in the face of my automotive tragedy, I grant them five stars, though my heart remains acquainted with sorrow.”
“Very good service, and very honest company. There was a big mistake made a few weeks back when installing a battery on my Tundra that I had at the time. Anytime a battery is installed with the terminals connected backwards its obviously not a good thing. This was obviously quite stressful, and repairs were needed. Oreillys provided all the parts to fix the mistake and gave me the parts to fix damaged electrical relays, Fuses and more. Anyways I do wish that they would have paid me for my missed days of work and all the money I had to pay to get around town those few days, but they did make sure my truck had the parts it needed to be repaired and they are very nice to me still when I go in
in. Accidents happen all the time and its okay because we are only human and we just mess up sometimes, but I just wa ted to write this because the managers and biggest managers that I spoke with that made sure this all we t smoothly I just need yall to know how thankful I am that yall did the right thing. Thank you all so much!! Sincerely Daniel Abright”
“I had occasion, but yesterday, to visit the establishment known as O’Reilly Auto Parts, a mercantile house devoted to the provision of sundry mechanical components for the modern carriage propelled not by horse, but by infernal combustion.
Upon entering the premises, I was met with an atmosphere at once industrious and orderly. The shelves were arrayed with admirable precision, bearing an astonishing variety of mechanical contrivances—belts, filters, lamps, batteries, and other such apparatus necessary for the restoration of one’s conveyance. The counters were attended by gentlemen of competent bearing, whose knowledge of the internal mysteries of these machines appeared both extensive and readily offered.
I presented my difficulty—namely, a most obstinate failure in the ignition of my motor carriage—and the clerk, with commendable patience, consulted his ledgers (or their electrical equivalent) and swiftly produced the requisite component. His manner was courteous, devoid of condescension, and marked by that practical wisdom one hopes to encounter in tradesmen of good repute.
The price demanded was fair and not extortionate, especially considering the urgency of my mechanical distress. Furthermore, the transaction was concluded with efficient dispatch, and I departed the establishment fortified by the confidence that my vehicular troubles should soon be resolved.
In summary, I should not hesitate to recommend this O’Reilly Auto Parts to any gentleman or lady beset by the tribulations of mechanical malfunction. It stands as a respectable house of trade in this industrious age of steam, spark, and steel.”
