“The service advisor, Eric, was extra, EXTRA exceptional, as was Andrew, the shuttle driver.
Eric did the big things, like clearly explaining and prioritizing the multiple issues requiring repair, as well as the little things, like backing the vehicle into the service area so that my elderly mother (who has mobility issues) could easily access the vehicle. Eric also personally drove me to the bank to get cash because Andrew wasn't available and I wanted to avoid the service fee charged by my credit card company when paying for the repairs. I don't think I've EVER had such a wonderful experience at a car dealership service department -- or anywhere, for that matter!
Like Eric, Andrew was just as pleasant, professional, and courteous. Not only did he drive me and my mother home well after shuttle service had ended, when we got there, I had difficulty finding the correct key. Although I assured him several times that he could leave and we'd be alright, he insisted on waiting until we were safely inside. Since it was dark outside, his kindness and concern for our safety will never be forgotten.

“Took my 2008 vehicle in due to ABS warning light. They checked the brakes and determined they were still good for at least 30,000 miles. Added some brake fluid, which so far, has eliminated the warning light. I picked up the vehicle and there was no charge. Great experience and very friendly folks!”

“Prestige Paint and Body took care of my car after an accident. The team was extremely accommodating and very descriptive of what they were going to do and how long it would take to get everything completed.Once my car was dropped off, I realized I needed a front license plate bracket so that I could mount a license plate and be Texas complaint, and prestige added the front bracket on during the process of repairs for a very minimal upcharge. I really liked the employees that I interacted with and would gladly suggest folks to utilize their services.”

“I cannot comment on their actual repair services, but I can comment on the helpfulness and friendliness of Art at Unique Creations. My husband and daughter were on a cross-country trip and the car started shaking violently around 5:30pm. They needed a repair shop and everyone in town they called for help was closing at 6pm. I was able to get Art from Unique Creations on the phone. While his shop wasn't equipped to fix the problem, he talked with me about my issues and recommended the only repair shop in town open until 7pm. My family was able to get the car repaired and get back on the road that evening. Without Art's help, my husband and daughter would have been stuck until businesses opened the next morning. Thank you Unique Creations for your kindness and help!”

“While staying at Lake Arrowhead State Park, I had a DTC code and reduced engine power for the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor. I took my F250 Powerstroke into Myers Auto Diesel and they found that the sensor had gone bad and reading 31k PSI with the truck turned off and not running. They changed out the bad part and got me back on the road in under 1 hour. Thank You!”
