This is affordable place to live 625 all.bills paid.for a one bedroom and 550 for a efficiency. Very nice people live here mostly older people, the manager Kim has done a great job getting the bad people that used to live here out

Just moved back to DFW, but want to say that Kim and Julie in office are terrific plus I also had great neighbors, very affordable apartment.
