Didn’t get the car I rented or “one like it”, but that was fine. It wasn’t serviced either so the inside was dirty from previous driver, but that was also okay. I just don’t know why I got a fee of 30% applied on my prepaid payment. It just said “taxes”. Taxes were in the prepayment.

I rented a car and only ended up having it for less than 8 hours. I filled it to where the fuel guage was above the F when returned and was still charged a fuel fee of 11.99. Evidently they fail to tell you at the time of pick up, that a full tank is not based off the fuel guage, and is based on the number of gallons in the fuel tank. If they would have informed me that it needed 19.4 gallons and not 18.2, even though the guage was on F at pick up and drop off, I would have carried a gas can with me and added that 1.2 gallons of gas to it in the parking lot. So renters be ware and make sure you don’t just go buy the fuel guage being on/ above the F when you return it..

I had to swap out my car multiple times during my long term rental, which was fine, but getting a receipt for the whole trip was impossible. You can't call and talk to a real person and their call service is terrible.

Rental was okay but they will add product/service charges to your bill that no one tells you about. It just shows up on your receipt. Three day rental and I ended up with $55 more than the original total that I was told.

The exact car I requested and hoped for was available for me. However, it was parked in the wrong spot. It was filthy and the left two tires had no valve caps. There was a noticable dent in the hood and barely visible ding in the right quarter panel. The fuel gauge was below full, with driving range of 303 miles. When I turned the car in is was FULL, and had a driving range of 368 miles (a little over two gallons). I always take pictures too. I don't believe there was any adjustment on the final bill, because their entire system was down at the time I turned the car in, so I couldn't get a receipt immediately. These problems are minor and an inconvenience, but I needed to say something. If you're not taking care of the small easy fixes, what else are you not doing?

We appreciated the big help from the Budget car rental professional who was able to assist us after 10 pm, despite their Office being closed he returned to the site to make sure we got our rental car as promised. This was in SPS (Wichita Falls, TX) airport. Thank you for helping us rent our car for the Christmas holidays!

got a reservation # but when I got to budget place they had no cars. I just caught a taxi from the base in the rain. Now I have to get another taxi to go back to base.

Had a tough time with budget this go around. We waited at an empty desk for 45 min awaiting someone to help us. When we did get help we were given a truck with plastic protective plate hanging almost to the ground underneaththe enginr. We walked back in and notified them, we were told they would mark it and carried on. We then see the key has a rent ASAP sticker on it. Unfortunately once we started driving realized that the heater was stuck in the on postion. We had to call customer service and ask for a new car. This was after we had left the area and on the road. It was a chilly 15 degrees that morning so it took about 20 min to notice the heat issue.Fort Worth budget rental was awesome and hooked us up with a new rental. They deserve a 5 star themselves. That guy hussled and got us a new car quickly.Unfortunately the overall experience with budget was not good.

Be careful of the fine print. I was charged $220 for a one time jump start. The car didn’t even include jumper cables in the first place and the car losing power was their fault for loose wiring to the battery. Complete rip off
