“My husband and I had an EV that we got from DAL airport wouldn’t hold a charge. We were supposed to drive to Midland and weren’t able to because it wouldn’t hold a charge we got about 50 miles and had to go back and cancel appointments. I was so upset and and had such anxiety about this whole trip because all the things we had planned up to this point had been a flop. Naomi was amazing helped us out got us taken care of and even if we have only the rest of the night and the drive back to DAL tomorrow I can breathe without worrying if we’ll be stranded. So thank you so much for your excellent customer service!!”
“I was very pleased with the service that I received here. They were kind enough to call me ahead of time to let me know that the vehicle that I had reserved was no longer available because of the high demand for rental cars this week. I agreed to the minivan because it was only one available. However, I was given a Toyota Camry with a hybrid Whenever I arrived because One had just came In. I was very grateful that they were able to give me this vehicle because it helped me save considerable money in gas expenses. I feel like they exceeded my expectations.”
“Arrived to rent vehicle last minute because Enterprise in Wichita Falls did not have the vehicle we had reserved (reservation made one month earlier), did not even offer something comparable ! The young lady that helped us at Avis Wichita Falls airport was awesome. She was able to get us in a vehicle that day, even better than the one we had reserved through Enterprise. She was friendly, showed us all of the options in the lot, cleaned and prepared the vehicle herself, checked us out efficiently. WOW, what customer service. Very pleased with this company and location.”
