“I loved my Enterprise experience. Every time we use them, they are amazing—especially the Wichita Falls location on Old Jacksboro. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Whether it’s over the phone or in person, they are always ready to assist in any way they can.”

“Thanks to the young man that waited until after midnight for my flight to come so I’d have transportation. (4/20/24) working with budget was simple and straightforward.”
“I use this place almost every time I have to rent a car. It's easy to make a reservation using the website or the app.The counter is located in the local Wal-Mart. It's on the north entrance side (next to Home Depot).Make sure you show up at your scheduled pickup time. There's normally only one person working, so, they try to be around during scheduled pickups. When dropping off, there is an after hours box inside that can be used.Cars have all been clean and reliable. Prices are very competitive, which is my main reason for using them.”
“Arrived to rent vehicle last minute because Enterprise in Wichita Falls did not have the vehicle we had reserved (reservation made one month earlier), did not even offer something comparable ! The young lady that helped us at Avis Wichita Falls airport was awesome. She was able to get us in a vehicle that day, even better than the one we had reserved through Enterprise. She was friendly, showed us all of the options in the lot, cleaned and prepared the vehicle herself, checked us out efficiently. WOW, what customer service. Very pleased with this company and location.”
“They let me pick my car before I got there. I was notified of where my car was located and I was able to skip the line. The car was clean and ready for me when I arrived.”
“Andrew and Marcus were a great help. Got me in a nice car even though I came earlier than my expected pick up time, walked me out to the car and went over every detail and for me on my way. Also, they were super friendly, just what you want after flying across the country all day.”
