“This car wash has been recently upgraded. Everything worked well, many selections on the washing, operates on quarters, 1s and 5 dollar bills, and card swipe. The foam brush had plenty of soap and foam. Did not use the vacuum this time though, my fault. All and all, very pleased with it and will return.”

“Awesome place for DIY car wash, the quarter machine was a little finicky when we went, but the stalls each have a multi-use sprayer that gives you water, soap, wax, the works. They even have a brush for all the tough bug guts. The transition between different substances takes about 15-20 seconds, so just be prepared when you're switching. And they could definitely change the beeping to let you know you have a minute left. Overall, a great experience, we'll be back, just may bring our own quarters next time!”

“Its a good experience...though I learned the lesson to read the instructions first.I've added pictures of the instructions for your convenience.We have to press the green button next to card reader again to stop the time, otherwise the card used will be charged for the entire time whether you use the service use or not.I think it's best to bring our own sponge and towels instead of using their 'form brush' and start with $2 for 4minutes. Sock/wash the vehicle first and then spot clean with sponge/towels while the timer is done and then start another $2 at the end to rinse off everything clean...or add coins as needed.(Instead of keeping the timer running the entire time while we spot clean - that might save some ?.)Or even better to bring a friend to spot clean one side while you work on the other side...and don't forget to help the friend in return”

“**UPDATE - Last week I was contacted by All American Car Wash and informed they had identified an issue with the express wash on SW Parkway that was indisputably the cause of our flat tires. The individual that reached out to me has been very professional, has agreed to replace our tires, and has assured me they are taking the necessary steps to fix the issue.I’m happy to have reached a resolution and proud to know there are still folks involved with All American that have local ties to this area, not some large corporation out of touch with it’s customers.After multiple conversations over the past week, I’m confident the leadership at All American is genuinely focused on making sure all their facilities are in good working order.We realize no business, or person, is perfect and are willing to extend grace, just like we’ve been freely given. All we ever expected was fair and honest business dealings, which I can now say we have received with All American.Local businesses are vital to our economy and provide jobs for our families, friends, and neighbors. The thought of honest, hardworking people’s jobs being effected by negative publicity has weighed heavy on my mind the last two weeks. Social media can have a devastating impact on a business’s reputation, but I truly believe it can equally restore faith and customer satisfaction through positive resolutions. It’s easy for many people to sit behind keyboards and fake accounts to put others down with total disregard for the consequences, but what this world needs more of is forgiveness and understanding. It’s my hope this positive update resonates with everyone that reacted to this original post in regards to our personal experience.**At All American Car Wash — Beware of All American Carwash on SW Parkway.The tire guide at the end of the automatic Carwash hasn’t been maintained and this exposed piece of steel punctured both of our driver’s side tires on 9/9/23.These tires were brand new Pirelli Scorpions, installed on 8/31/23. The General Manager informed us there was nothing they could do to help us, so we’re out the cost of 2 new tires plus the cost of an odd shaped tire from Sam’s to get us through the weekend, as well as a damaged wheel.Update-The Director of Operations told me via phone the company isn’t liable because it had to be operator vault from turning the wheel before exiting the bay since they had 600 cars go through the wash that day and no other tires were punctured. There have been multiple reports of other customers experiencing similar issues shared on Facebook.Returned to the car wash on 9/12/23 and it appeared as though they had modified the track to remove the metal point, see comparison photo.”
