Ember Shop is very nice and professional with great, knowledgeable employees. They offer great service and have a lot of product, often in stock. They help customers realize what would be best for their heating fireplace, showing many options and explaining how everything works. They do a great job on installations like pellet stoves and corner fireplaces. A little pricey, but highly recommended for anything fireplace and more. Customers will be using them again.
