She shared the features of each and I made my decision. I didn’t feel I needed to shop any further. I got delivery and haul off the next day. Toni in Customer Service was equally impressive. She was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. “I went to Home Depot a couple of weeks ago. Have to share before I forget again. I usually don't ask for help. But what I was looking for it was on the top shelf as I hesitated and started looking around. I asked an associate for help in right then the store manager shows up. And begins to help me. He starts to pick the best material for my project. I remember when I went to work for Home Depot a few years back Mr. Minuto asked me why would I work for Home Depot and I told him to give the best customer service, because in my past And different Home Depot's I did not get that customer service and I really like Home Depot since Minnesota. The first one I saw I fell in love with Home Depot. Now Lowes has good customer service, but they also have people that do not know the product better still are very friendly and prices are higher. But Home Depot has people that know the product but at the time I was looking for help they were not very helpful but this brings me back to this last trip where Mr. Minuto was helping me. So sense I have left Home Depot only due to that my bills Were higher than my check. Otherwise I would've stayed working with Home Depot, but Mr. Minuto I like to say thank you for you are a prime example of what I was looking for when I go to Home Depot they cannot say you do not lead by example so my home store I'm very proud of because I always receive grate service.
