He was not pushy and made this big decision and large purchase, as easy and as smooth as possible. I do wish someone would have taught me how to connect my couches to my tv (chose a couch with electronics) BUT im sure he will help when I call back, and/or when I get the manual I can follow the instructions.

“Bought some end tables brought them home, put them together didn’t like them they would not return them said basically you’re just stuck with them . Would not recommend shopping there at all. Go to cons go to Ashley do not go to room makers. Their customer service sucks. They did reach out to us and made it right. Better customer service, but the gentleman at roommakers was not to happy about doing the refund. He did not say anything except sign here and it may take 3-5days to show up on bank account.”

“We special ordered a sofa 3 years ago from Parr's. For some insane reason I had to have an off white linen looking fabric. The sales lady was very nice and assisted me in find in the perfect fabric.Did I forget I live on a lake and have endless amounts of company with small children?The chocolate, cookies, chips and popcorn have all landed on the couch many times! .....And yes, I have regretted at least a thousand times not getting leather . But this couch is still amazing and looks brand new!I remove the cushion covers and wash them in the washer! And put them back on the cushions while they are barely damp. The arms wipe clean also.So thanks again for selling a quality product that withstands so many good times with friends and family!Connie & Neal Harms”

“I went into the store the other day in need of a new mattress. From the moment you step thru the door, you feel a sense of comfort. I gaze upon the many beds throughout the place, light shines about thru the skylights, the ceilings a mile high! A kind gentleman by the name of Vincent greeted me. I already had an idea of what kind of bed I needed, but Vincent asked if he could help determine the type of mattress (soft,firm/pillow top, memory foam) with a little test. Just moments later, I had a more confident decision of the perfect mattress I needed, all while reasonably fitting my budget.
I went with a hybrid mattress and an adjustable base. From what I thought would be a long, stressful process of testing out finding the best mattress for me, with the help of Vincent, he made my buying decision easy and made it make sense for my particular needs.”
