Furniture Row was so helpful, Adaimia the manager at the Wichita Falls location was wonderful. I told her what style and features I wanted and she didn't disappoint. She even helped with coordinating the pieces and color schemes from rugs to accent furniture. Without a doubt one of the best buying expieriences I have had in a while.I would highly recommend Adaimia as a great option for home decorating and furniture purchases”

“I order a couch, love seat and two nightstands. The store had one item in stock, but its Lawton store had the love seat and nightstands. So after picking up the couch, I called the store and told them I would be picking up the others furniture today in Lawton. Once I got to Lawton which was over an hour one way. The store loaded up my loveseat, then I asked about my nightstands. They told me sure they forgot first but quickly realized I was there to pick up all three items. So they brought them out. We loaded everything and off I went. Then I hired help to unload it. Got the couch unloaded perfect, got the loveseat unloaded small tear in it, I was thinking ok had to call about that. Then we unloaded and started to remove the boxes for the nightstand omg wrong nightstand all together. No where close on what I paid for or order. I was thinking how on earth did this happen. So here I was upset spent most of my afternoon driving to pick up furniture. So I called the store, talked with Shanda, this lady made it right for me. I asked her how did they give me the wrong items? She stated to me they are supposed to scan the items before leaving the store? Did Lawton store did that?? No… Did I mention I drove 2 1/2 hours round trip, hired help, all for the wrong items and rip loveseat. But when I called the Wichita Falls store and talked to Shanda, she turned this negative experience into a positive experience. I highly recommend going to see her if you need furniture or appliances.”

“Bought some end tables brought them home, put them together didn’t like them they would not return them said basically you’re just stuck with them . Would not recommend shopping there at all. Go to cons go to Ashley do not go to room makers. Their customer service sucks. They did reach out to us and made it right. Better customer service, but the gentleman at roommakers was not to happy about doing the refund. He did not say anything except sign here and it may take 3-5days to show up on bank account.”

“I was hesitant on coming into Home Zone on Labor Day because I didn’t want to be bombarded with a pushy salesperson. Instead I was greeted by sierra who was not pushy but extremely kind and gave us space all while being attentive. She even offered free drinks and popcorn. thank you for making this such a great shopping experience for me and my daughters. I would highly recommend home zone and sierra for a great shopping experience!”

“We special ordered a sofa 3 years ago from Parr's. For some insane reason I had to have an off white linen looking fabric. The sales lady was very nice and assisted me in find in the perfect fabric.Did I forget I live on a lake and have endless amounts of company with small children?The chocolate, cookies, chips and popcorn have all landed on the couch many times! .....And yes, I have regretted at least a thousand times not getting leather . But this couch is still amazing and looks brand new!I remove the cushion covers and wash them in the washer! And put them back on the cushions while they are barely damp. The arms wipe clean also.So thanks again for selling a quality product that withstands so many good times with friends and family!Connie & Neal Harms”

“This AT HOME location is at Sikes mall but is only attached to the mall and has an external entrance as well as an inside mall entrance.The store is well maintained, organized, tidy, and well stocked. At Home has good sales as well. They have an extensive selection of patio cushions. At Christmas time they have plenty of holidays decor.The employees are friendly, courteous, and helpful.
