“This place is fantastic. Calm, inviting, spacious, with deeply knowledgable salespeople. This is the only place I’ll be buying my beds from now on. Vincent was so helpful and kind, and he answered every question I had with real answers and not just sales blurbs. I felt like he genuinely cared about finding the right mattress for me, and not just taking all of my money.”

“Excellent experience at Mattress Firm. Larry was a great salesman, explained all the various benefits of each memory foam mattress to me. I then went to 3 other stores but came back to purchase the ones at Mattress Firm! Thanks Larry for your help!”

“Welcomed within 5 minutes of entering the store. I told Donna what the situation was and she began showing me refrigerators that (on sale) would fall into my price range. She shared the features of each and I made my decision. I didn’t feel I needed to shop any further. I got delivery and haul off the next day. The delivery/installation team were great and I am back up and running! Thank you Donna for your speedy and very efficient help!”

“Just moved to Burkburnett. Went to a few different mattress stores but they were overpriced or understaffed. Found the bed store and Jimmy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We got everything we needed taken care of within 2 hours of visiting his store including the beds being delivered. He had a wide variety to choose from and was very transparent on items that were not out in stock. If you need any thing furniture related or bedroom related you HAVE to stop in! His crew is very kind and helpful.”

“I've bought several types of furniture from this store over the years. I've bought living room, dining room and bedroom furniture (plus referring others). Russell always does a great job and gives the best deals in town! If you need a big beautiful showroom this is not the place for you, but if you want great quality and the best prices then head over there asap.”

“We special ordered a sofa 3 years ago from Parr's. For some insane reason I had to have an off white linen looking fabric. The sales lady was very nice and assisted me in find in the perfect fabric.Did I forget I live on a lake and have endless amounts of company with small children? The chocolate, cookies, chips and popcorn have all landed on the couch many times! .....And yes, I have regretted at least a thousand times not getting leather . But this couch is still amazing and looks brand new!I remove the cushion covers and wash them in the washer! And put them back on the cushions while they are barely damp. The arms wipe clean also.So thanks again for selling a quality product that withstands so many good times with friends and family!Connie & Neal Harms”
