“A neighbor told us about Wichita Industrial. We would have NEVER known about this business as an option to shop. My husband needed bolts, etc, for his equipment trailer he's been refurbishing.He was very impressed with the knowledgeable, friendly, professional help, from the employee, when he went to see if they had what he needed.Evidently Wichita Industrial has a plethora of supplies any DIY person might need. (He wanted more time to just shop the entire business, for future needs).Not only did they have exactly what he needed, but their prices, by far, BEAT the PRICES, of the usual franchise home improvement stores we've used.I'm certain we will be checking our newly found local gem of a "supply" store, for all of our future needs, before ever going back to any of the different franchise owned stores in our city.Support our local businesses. I'm sure if you call ahead, they can tell you, if they have what you may need.We merely went there on our neighbor's awesome tip, to check there 1st. And are SO glad we did.It was so nice to go into a business and immediately have an employee not just be helpful and kind, but also be knowledgeable of the supplies and where they were.Thank you, Wichita Industrial!”

“I ordered $500 worth of flooring, which was a regular stock item, but because of the amount it had to be ordered from the "warehouse" 7 to 10 days, ok I'm good with that, 10 days came and went, no flooring, tracking said departed Houston and was in transit but the date of delivery changed, added 5 more days, remember this was not a special order, the managers I spoke with all said "we don't know where it's at" after 20 days I canceled the order and went to lowes, I'm done with home depot! not good business when you have no idea where a product is, dropped the ball for sure. and no I don't recommend home depot”
