Cliff leads from the front. You can tell he genuinely cares about the store, the employees, and the customers. He was visible, approachable, and fully engaged — not just managing from the back office. His professionalism and positive attitude set the tone for the entire store.
Toni in Customer Service was equally impressive. She was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Even during a busy time, she stayed calm, friendly, and solution-focused. It’s rare to find someone who truly takes ownership of helping a customer the way she did.
Because of Cliff and Toni, what could have been a routine visit turned into an exceptional experience. This is exactly what great customer service looks like. Huge thank you to both of them — Home Depot is lucky to have leaders like this on the team.”

“I ordered $500 worth of flooring, which was a regular stock item, but because of the amount it had to be ordered from the "warehouse" 7 to 10 days, ok I'm good with that, 10 days came and went, no flooring, tracking said departed Houston and was in transit but the date of delivery changed, added 5 more days, remember this was not a special order, the managers I spoke with all said "we don't know where it's at" after 20 days I canceled the order and went to lowes, I'm done with home depot! not good business when you have no idea where a product is, dropped the ball for sure. and no I don't recommend home depot”
“It's Lowe's you can walk around all day and never get an employee to help, but the selection is vast.. I give it 4 stars because they have just about everything you need, if you know what to look for, if not good luck... It was late and I was in an emergency situation!! Lol”
“Love my store and they couldn’t have a better staff. Sara and Linda know their customers and what they are looking for. Should it come up on sale or no interest financing your going to get a much appreciated call. Can’t ask for better Customer Service than that.”
