“We needed plumbing supplies to build our home. Not only did Eddie Perez get our cost down, he explained things to us and took the time to answer questions. I will continue to support Morrison Supply above all others. Customer Service goes a long way.”

“I had an outstanding experience at my local Home Depot thanks to Cliff, the Store Manager, and Toni from Customer Service. Cliff leads from the front. You can tell he genuinely cares about the store, the employees, and the customers. He was visible, approachable, and fully engaged — not just managing from the back office. His professionalism and positive attitude set the tone for the entire store. Toni in Customer Service was equally impressive. She was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Even during a busy time, she stayed calm, friendly, and solution-focused. It’s rare to find someone who truly takes ownership of helping a customer the way she did. Because of Cliff and Toni, what could have been a routine visit turned into an exceptional experience. This is exactly what great customer service looks like. Huge thank you to both of them — Home Depot is lucky to have leaders like this on the team.”

“I went to Home Depot a couple of weeks ago. Have to share before I forget again. I usually don't ask for help. But what I was looking for it was on the top shelf as I hesitated and started looking around. I asked an associate for help in right then the store manager shows up. And begins to help me. He starts to pick the best material for my project. I remember when I went to work for Home Depot a few years back Mr. Minuto asked me why would I work for Home Depot and I told him to give the best customer service, because in my past And different Home Depot's I did not get that customer service and I really like Home Depot since Minnesota. The first one I saw I fell in love with Home Depot. Now Lowes has good customer service, but they also have people that do not know the product better still are very friendly and prices are higher. But Home Depot has people that know the product but at the time I was looking for help they were not very helpful but this brings me back to this last trip where Mr. Minuto was helping me. So sense I have left Home Depot only due to that my bills Were higher than my check. Otherwise I would've stayed working with Home Depot, but Mr. Minuto I like to say thank you for you are a prime example of what I was looking for when I go to Home Depot they cannot say you do not lead by example so my home store I'm very proud of because I always receive grate service. Thank you once again have a blessed day. Thank you.”
