Reid Transmission is a great transmission shop that answered promptly and got vehicle in and out. Customers recommended a new transmission fixed in 2 days with good value and great folks. The shop evaluated and repaired the transmission in a jeep in a timely manner, customers very pleased with the experience. The receptionist was helpful and very nice, and the people was courteous, kind and professional. Work on a 1500 work truck was fixed in no time, and the plan is to get another 210000 miles out of it. Prices was fair, the warranty was good, and the job was done exactly when promised. Even when busy the shop got a truck fixed in 2 weeks, got speedy good work and kind professionalism.

I called 2 local shops based on recommendations and reviews, neither of them answered the phone. Then I called Reid’s, they answered promptly and had me in and out with a new transmission in 2 days. Good value and great folks. Recommended.

I had my CVT trans. Replaced and let me assure you… these people go all the way.
Their receptionist was helpful and very nice as well.
