About Southwest Plaza
Southwest Plaza is a large thrift store known for its reasonable pricing on clothing, shoes, and media like CDs and DVDs, with certain items available for just .99 cents at times. While the selection of men's clothes has improved, shoppers feel that the overall quality of items has declined compared to other Goodwill stores. The store is clean and well-organized, and the employees are noted for being friendly and helpful. However, customers have expressed difficulty in finding items and have suggested the addition of a section to test electrical plugs before purchase. Overall, it is regarded as a decent place for budget-friendly shopping.
