“The store was full of people but it was clean and the staff were friendly. There seemed to be a line at the fitting rooms so we just checked out. There was a short line that was quickly serviced before us. My girls wanted to check out separately so they could spend their own money (they are young). So stylish and modern.But this year 2020 they don't have any kind of shose or heels, they have before a lot of accessories, shoes, heels, boots, hats, underwear, umbrellas, belts,and purses.This year they don't have any!!!! “Maddi was INCREDIBLE. went above and beyond to help me (dad)and my 11 year old daughter. I have no clue what kids are into, so Maddi set to work helping my daughter pick out items, and helped put me at ease.
She was amazing at her job, and then i find out its only her 3rd day???? Beyond impressed.
The rest of the staff were very friendly, and helped me look at some other items, while Maddi took care of my daughter.
They even stayed past closing time, to make sure we had everything we needed.
I havent shopped at the Buckle in years, but after the experience we just received, i will 100% be back.
