“At first, I'd like to give a big thank you to Renee. We currently have our road service set up with them, and so far we've had a great experience.
Last time, we arrived just 5 minutes before closing because we needed a tire patch, and they still welcomed us in and took care of us. That's the kind of customer service you really appreciate when you're on the road.
Their prices are fair, the staff is friendly and professional, and we've never had any issues with them so far. It's great to know there is a tire shop you can count on when you need help.

“I relocated to Texas over a year ago. I was previously a loyal Costco shopper due to Sam's Club being over 30 min from my previous home. When I relocated I became a Sam's Club member. I can honestly say I have been impressed from day one. I am impressed by the selection of products, prices and awesome customer service. I really enjoy the Sam's Club app. You can do online orders, get gas and shop in the store on the app. I enjoy the scan and go app so that you can bypass the check stand. “Can’t say enough about this shop! I had an incident with my kids and had to cut a seat belt to get one of them out. I have four kids and needed that seat belt fixed. I live out of town and happened to be in Wichita Falls visiting family. I was told to call Nic at Mr Mac and he would take care of me. Nic gave me a quote, I told him when I would be in town, they cleared a spot for me a squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon. They did an amazing job and got me on my way. Excellent group of people at Mr Mac!”
