Quick and efficient. Staff asked me if the truck I reserved was really what I wanted (I reserved a 10 foot truck with no ramp, they recommended a 15 ft with ramp). The recommended truck was much better!

I had an issue caused by my pickup location and they went above and beyond helping me. Not only did they right everything, but I forgot to send in a paper and they were very forgiving.
