“I had the starter fail on my 2005 F250 Diesel at a local Pet groomers. I stopped by Shepard Automotive and gave Milt the details. Those starters have weak terminals so they put two in it after breaking a lug on the first one. 2nd one works great and spins the engine faster than the original started did giving me faster starts. I had by truck back the very next day. Milt and his guys have always done great work for me and always at a fair price.”

“Katie (assistant manager) took my phone call when I needed information on tow hitches and renting a trailer. She was very professional and helpful. She got me scheduled and let me know what to expect. When I came in for my appointment, the general manager (Mario) is the one who helped me and installed my tow hitch. He was also very professional, worked quickly and he gave a helpful overview of the equipment when it was installed. He also helped me to find the straps I needed. Overall, I had a great experience!”

“I use this place almost every time I have to rent a car. It's easy to make a reservation using the website or the app.The counter is located in the local Wal-Mart. It's on the north entrance side (next to Home Depot).Make sure you show up at your scheduled pickup time. There's normally only one person working, so, they try to be around during scheduled pickups.When dropping off, there is an after hours box inside that can be used.Cars have all been clean and reliable. Prices are very competitive, which is my main reason for using them.”
