I paid nearly double the original shipping cost on a package because I wanted to make sure that I could personally sign upon the delivery of my birth certificate. The delivery driver didn't even knock on my door and left an envelope with important government information laying on the ground in front of it. $20 for my personal information to just be left lying around is baffling.

For 3 years I have had nothing but good to say about the ups store. But I just experienced to rudest clerk. Kinda makes me forget all the good. Hope he gets blessed with improved manners soon. I'll be taking returns to Kohl's from now on.

The woman at the counter is very rude. And dismissive, when you ask her questions she makes you feel dumb. They should hire people with better customer service.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at the UPS store on Kemp Blvd involving an employee named Pearla. While I understand that the holiday season can create a stressful environment, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy I encountered. Having waited in line like all other customers, I was surprised by the disrespectful behavior, which was not in line with the high standards I’ve come to expect from UPS employees at that location. I plan to reach out to the General Manager to discuss this matter further, as I believe it is important to maintain a consistent level of quality customer service.

I don’t know her name, but she has assisted me the last two times I have been in the UPS store on Kemp. She is so knowledgable and friendly and made my life so easy with my two return packages.
It is very difficult these days to find employees of that caliber. I will be back!! Thank you again.

Awful customer service. Follow the instructions that was told by a customer representative from the store, and the other Representative acted like they never hear anything about that. Afterwards charged me for sending the package, even though minutes earlier said they were not aware of the fee. This is not the first encounter with this customer representative. I understand they have rules and regulations but they do not have to treat people horribly.

Last week I was in the store with my first amazon return, amazon did not send a return label, but a bar code. The VERY helpful YOUNG man said amazon is bad about this, wait 5 days to see if they email you a return label, if not come back & i will help you call amazon to get return label. I was extremely appreciative because I really didn't know what I was doing. A week has passed, I return & young man is not there. Young lady says "we can't do that, you have to call amazon yourself", I told her what the young man said & asked for her help, she said "we can't do that". Mind you, there is not one customer in the store, the two employees are doing absolutely nothing. So she just walks away. I ask the bald man who has been listening to everything "so would you help me? I'm old, not techy & have never done this before?", he says "your not old, my mom is 80 & she can do it". ZERO customer service. ZERO help. I'm extremely unhappy to be treated this way!
